Established in 1989.

MDC started as a home-​building company and in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s expanded into developing apartment homes. Ann Weis has been involved in property management for 25 years. She moved to Arizona 20 years ago and has since fallen in love with the sunshine state. Ann is a Professional Apartment Manager. She has managed Hohokam Villas for the past 5 years.
