Don’t go there. They do not know how to do business. If I can give 0 star to this place I would. First they didn’t allow tenant to view the apartment before moving in on the same day (Friday). if you don’t like the place by than you are stuck. Keep telling me to come back on Friday to sign in and move in the same time without seeing the apartment. The price on 1 br is not cheap compare to others. I found better place with lesser price only 6 miles away from work. Much quieter and peaceful. we drove 2 cars about 500 miles to get there. The last 2 miles I was faced with traffic jammed on my way to the apartment, I called the office to wait for me before closing so I can get to the apartment keys but she refused. My husband and I have to drove back home to LA over night due to the stupidity of this office admiration and their rules. I don’t mine giving the office lady over time or given her a BIG TIP if she has waited for me BUT she was so hurry to go home.
I Called back on Monday to talk to the manager for the deposit refund but she also refused and kept my deposit. I am glad I am out of this place. The place is like a project housing apartment. Glad I don’t have to give them my money for my future stay. There are more beautiful places around in the same area and cheaper too. They are NOT the only apartment in town.

Well first, there is awful and lazy maintenance people that don’t actually want to fix anything…
There is a lady in the front office named April, april is a piece of shit. She has no communication skills and talks extremely disrespectful to me and my fiancé.
I like the apartment, it’s very spacious but thoes people literally made us almost move into a more expensive apartment down the street.

I feel that ratings for apartments are misleading in some ways. It seems that people only rate if they have had an awesome experience, or a really terrible experience. Chandler Meadows was the first apartment complex my wife and I lived in, so not much prior experience with other apartments. We lived there for almost a year and a half and had a great experience with very little complaints. Maintenance was excellent with being quick to respond to repairs or any issues. The big selling point for us was that the wifi and water utility were included in rent. A big money saver. Having our own washer/​dryer unit was a plus too. Some of the amenities we enjoyed were the fitness center, pool, dog park, tennis court, and free DVD rentals. It was nice to have the option of a longer lease, or the month-​to-​month option as well. The location was perfect for us to be close to work and ASU with easy access to the freeway. We became well acquainted with many of the employees there. April, the front office manager is super cool and is always really friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely miss seeing our friends who work with maintenance Ramone, Javier, and Gilbert. Thanks for a great experience, we’ll miss you guys!

I agree with the zero stars. I lived at Chandler Meadows Apts. for 4 months and after the 1^st month it was an apartment from hell. Read your 43 page lease carefully before you sign it. I didn’t because I was new in town and needed an apartment sooner than later. I rented a two bedroom/​bath apartment on the first floor rear. My upstairs adult neighbors were loud, didn’t work and sounded like a herd of horses tramping through their apartment. My balcony was constantly full of their cigarette ashes and other trash that fell from their balcony. My apartment kitchen window was tampered with (attempted break in) My apartment door entrance lock was weak and had dents in the door that looked like the police SWAT team had kicked it in or the Cartel. I just couldn’t take it anymore after I woke up one morning and saw 2 extremely large dead cockroaches (I think) in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. Ok, so mgmt. put me on the exterminator list for the following week (unbelievable) I walked into my apartment another day after the exterminator and a big roach was running across the kitchen floor. I was hitting it with the broom at least 10 minutes before it succumbed (hilarious I know) but I was not going to dare step on it. The lease clearly stated that they will not get involved with theft or vandalism or bodily harm/​death of any tenant. «Just make sure you pay your rent on the first because on the 2^nd it is late and there will be a 5 day notice.» In other words if there are any burglaries, assaults, or any other criminal activities on the premises you will have to find out from someone else, we just want the rent! I don’t recommend this place to anyone from my experience.

It should be possible to give 0 stars. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartments are constructed rather poorly so you can hear your neighbors when they do just about anything. The furnished apartments have shoddy appliances, and the management does not truly care about their tenants. They will not do anything about noisy/​disruptive tenants. Needless to say this place is extremely noisy. Also, beware of the contract they will have you sign. It is approximately 20 pages and has all kinds of clauses. We read a clause one way and they read it another way and have just increased our rent by $ 200 on 20 days notice but say they still require us to give 30 days notice to move out. So, we will be moving out and having our rent pro rated at the higher amount. Renter beware, you’re just a nuisance that gives them money. Do not move into this apartment complex!
