I seem to make my way here more often than I should. This is totally helping my diet goals. It’s just always on my way to a store. And why not stop in to get my monthly piece of muffin top accessory. I came here a few times and appreciated the service here. Simple as that. Awesome! Thanks for being sweet-tooth worthy! I would recommend the hazelnut pieces and the hazelnut trufflelattas. They blend only one piece of chocolate in the dessert itself — 3 would be perfect. This is my favorite because it’s not overpowering in chocolate content for a chocolate type of dessert and the hazelnut just gives it that extra oomph and texture. And the chocolate itself is quality. You can definitely tell the difference from European chocolate to American chocolate. I was given Swiss chocolates coming back from Switzerland and it was so heavenly. I had to spread the tin can of chocolates over a 2 month period. So anyway, I come back home to the states and my coworker asked if I wanted a some Hershey bar. I said no. Then later I tried it… tasted like dirt! Moral of the story — Go European if you can.

I have always loved Godiva for years especially since my friend used to work at one. Their chocolate is delicious and the staff at this location are extremely friendly. The display has all kinds of seasonal chocolates and if you join their rewards program you get a free chocolate every month. I got the hot chocolate and it was by far the best hot chocolate I have ever had. It had such a rich chocolate taste and didn’t taste like watered down cocoa mix from the store. It’s $ 4 and comes in a small cup but it’s worth it for the quality. They also have softer serve at this location which I have yet to try. I hear it’s amazing and I can’t wait to try it. The prices are a little steep on the chocolate but you are paying for quality. This place gets crowded around holidays so if you are in a hurry steer away.

Came across this place when walking around in the mall. They had a huge poster of ice cream that looked like heaven. So obviously I had to try it. They have two soft serve flavored, white vanilla bean and chocolate. Or swirl. I got the white chocolate and some mini pieces of chocolate that teased me too much to avoid. I was afraid that the ice cream was gonna be too chocolatey or thick. But it was perfect and still tasted fresh without too much of that chocolate taste! It was about six bucks. But worth it!

Pricey, and I feel the quality used to be higher… the instant hot chocolate mix I had was very light and sugary, as opposed to more chocolatey like Starbucks’ and some of the specialty Belgian brands at AJ’s. Their packaging is still quite nice, though it’s basic when you buy only a few individual pieces from the case. I have a feeling the store’s products are much fresher than the department store’s boxed displays. They also offer a much broader variety than department and big box stores that carry the line. One of the male employees was very friendly when I popped in one evening, and I was able to try a tasty tiny sample of their peppermint bark. Too bad I had already refilled my Williams-Sonoma tin with a year’s supply from Costco… Overall, a nice compliment to See’s in the mall. It’s a bit fancier and has a more luxurious air to it, making it a pretty safe gift destination.

Terrible service! I asked abt a sample, and the very young girl working there said no, as she gave my friend a free sample for her birthday. I had to ask abt the Godiva store card, since she didn’t mention it to me. No hello, and no thank you either. We’ll never go back. I’ll buy my Godiva at Dillards, better prices anyway.

Chocolate who does not love it? I know there are a few folks that do not. I myself only like the Dark Chocolate. My girlfriend likes it all, except truffles are the last on her list. I will eat Truffles but, only dark chocolate. She loves Godiva and I have to say that I do have a new favorite here and that is the dark Chocolate Pretzels. The service is very nice here. They always give you a sample and if you have their card, They have a lot of surprises for you on each visit. Since it is now after Easter there are even a few good deals on marked down Chocolate. Even a good deal on coffee, 3 for $ 37.00. We do like their coffee. Lots of parking, it is at the mall.

Wow. Everytime I go back here the service is friendly and professional. Their selection is always of good variety. I love that they keep certain classic in the case while every different season they bring in specialties. Their drinks are pretty good as well. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because when they get really busy, they are understaffed and you end up waiting sometimes quite a bit… oh well. It’s worth it.

Incredible customer service! Allison and Stephanie there are amazing! I work for a charity and they did the best they could to help me fulfill my order while staying within my budget. They even offered to ship things for me to save me money! I will definitely be back and it’s only because of people like them! Well done!

Nom. I came, I saw, I bought, I liked. They gave me a free sample, ensuring that I’ll be back… but then I couldn’t figure-out how to register my card online. It looked simple but the links just don’t work. haha So then I opened the box of Rocky Road Truffles that I bought and they took my online worries away… but then I looked at the nutrition… Now, I don’t ever expect my treats to be even close to healthy but MORETHAN100% OFMYDAILYSATURATEDFATINONETRUFFLEISGOINGTOOOOFAR! Guess I won’t be back. That is truly ridiculous. This is not the store’s fault though… so I will still give them 3 stars for great customer service, a clean, organized store and tasty chocolates. Too bad they just offer a product that is way beyond gluttony. What am I gonna do… eat ¼ truffle a day? lol Probably won’t see ya there!

Top-notch service. The lady working there showed me all the current sales selections and gave me a chocolate frappacino-like drink to sample as soon as I came in. She asked what I was looking for, and showed me new items like the Ice Cream flavored chocolates as well. I just got a small, but nice 10 piece box of truffles for a friend and was treated like VIP! She even said«Thank you for your business!» As I left… who ever remembers to say that kind of stuff anymore?

They call their chocolate the«Food of the Gods.» Personally, I’d rather have cheesecake. But, if it’s chocolate you crave, Godiva offers cocoa at the absolute top of it’s game. This is one of only three Godiva outlets in the Phoenix area. The store is lovely to look at and smells… ahhh… heavenly! The downsides: 1) price — at $ 1-$ 2 per chocolate bite. 2) A tremendous calorie-to-food ounce ratio. Upside: FREESAMPLES. ‘Nuff said.
