False Advertising! I went to the store this week to take advantage of the«Buy Two Rings, Get the Third One Free.» I read the fine print online and the only caveat was that the deal was good in the store only. When I visited the store, they told me that the sale only applied to rings currently in stock in that store. The fine print on the marketing material in the store was written different from the online advertising, which I’m assuming was their intent to get us into the store. To add insult to injury, they had NO size 9 rings in the Chandler or San Tan stores. They normally have a large inventory, but it looks like there were very few rings in other sizes as well. It makes you wonder if they’re hiding the inventory in the storage room in the back. This is the sleaziest business practice I’ve encountered in a long time! I was under the impression Brighton was a faith based(Christian) company. They might want to reconsider their stance or clean up their act.

Some days you just need a little retail therapy and when I do I find myself headed to the Chandler Brighton store where I’m always greeted with a warm smile, It’s good to see you and by the way how’s your family. They make me feel important. It doesn’t matter who’s there someone will show me the newest collections and just the other day they got me trying on shoes it was fun! I left with a Brighton bag full of retail therapy and bottle of water and I never felt better. Thank you Chandler Brighton Ladies your the BEST!

I love Brighton Jewelry and this is the worst Brighton store I have ever been in. They never have the latest styles. The staff are very rude and don’t want to assist anyone. I have ordered two different items from them and never received either item nor a call back about the items. I will never step foot in this store again. Looking forward to the new Gilbert– San Tan Brighton store. This one should at Chandler mall should just close their doors and go out of business.

worst customer service ever! everytime i go into this store i buy something, and they always give me the cold shoulder, if it wasn’t for the fact that the store had what i needed at the time, i’d never shop there. the store in scottsdale is much better, they treat everyone the same, no matter what race you are!

If you’ve never heard of Brighton or brush it off whenever you pass their store in the mall, then know this; they’ve got great gift ideas for that special lady or ladies in your life. They just don’t sell jewelry, they also sell bags, broaches and other popular gift items. The offerings are understated but classy. Smaller items are more affordable but still pack a punch in the thought department. The younger ladies in your life may not be a fan of this style but the more mature ladies will. Gentleman, this review is for you. If you want to let your mom, sis or aunt know just how classy she is, then you owe it to them to pick something up from here. The sales staff at all Brighton stores, not just the Chandler location, are pros and can lead you in the right direction. And you know Christmas is right around the corner. Tis the season…
