Complete Yard Care

We have not really been happy with the service since day 1. They tend to show up for about 20 minutes each service. We have service every 2 weeks, back and front, so I am not sure how they think this is enough time. When we can we stay home for the service. They ring the bell each time as ask if there is anything special we need done, and since it is not pruning time we tell them nothing unusual, please just remove all of the weeds as well as blow the yard and remove the debris. This is NEVER done. I finally complained to the people on site and they said they will pick more up. The following services were no better so my wife called (and emailed pictures) and the owner said he would talk to the crew. We were expecting a call back and it never came. I called and told them we shouldn’t pay for the service, especially since they didn’t come back to redo the service or call back to reschedule. The guy said they don’t offer refunds, the weeds aren’t as big as they appear in the picture (really? they are next to objects that give a good indication of the size), but he is willing to come and discuss the yard with me, and that they will address any deficiencies in the service. Um, why should I pay for non-​service. I just told him to cancel my service. I will post a couple of pictures of what was in my yard 1 hour after service.

I’m less than a mile out of there ‘territory’ and was told unfortunately we just don’t go past the freeway because it’s a better area.

The entire Complete Yard Care team is great! If you do have a problem, they jump right on the situation and make sure that you are 100% satisfied. I love that they have a positive attitude and answer any question or concern with a smile… even at the end of a very long day!

The best yard and lawn service we have had in Arizona for over 20 years. Would highly recommend their services!

Hello again.
Since the recent posting I received an email from Complete Yard Care regarding my post. I am increasing their rating to a 4 star because they are taking the time to address my concerns.
In regards to the 25 $ reward for their review, the statement in their email says, «If you feel like we’re doing a good job, we would be very grateful for a 5 star Unilocal review. (We will give you a $ 25 credit for a 5 star review».
All I was trying to do, by mentioning this previously, is suggest that there MAY be some bias in their 5 star reviews.

I called and talked to a lady named Patricia, she had stellar customer service and was very helpful. She went the extra mile to get me a quote and an appointment for my yard to be groomed. I would recommend this to ANYBODY who’s is looking for a reliable punctual business to serve your landscaping needs. 5 Star All The Way!

RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! I used to own my own landscaping company before I sold it off. They base the price off of square footage rather than the amount of work to be done.
To trim 2 SMALL shrubs and mow the grass in the backyard 2x a month they wanted $ 70 EACH TIME!!! I got 5 other quotes from landscaping companies large and small and they all were MAX $ 90 FOR THE MONTH!
Unless you got the money to burn I would find someone else!!!

Take that HOA Weed Natzi’s. .. I have finally found a landscape company that told me what they were going to do. .. when they were going to do it. .. and. .. .what it was going to cost.
Came home from work yesterday. .. and everything was done. Looks better than it did when we moved in over 7 years ago. .. and the best part. .. they are going to be coming back every month to make sure it stays this way.
And the best part. .. the HOA WEED NATZI’S can now start picking on some else.

These guys did my yard and the end result was amazing! Fast, super professional and fairly priced; I could not be happier with my yard. They really are in a league of their own.
Also, it’s worth noting that their filtered reviews are all 5 star reviews too. It says a lot when every review you have is 5 stars.

Prior to Complete Yard Care (CYC), I went through 3 or 4 landscape services. These services would do great to start, then eventually I had to babysit. But CYC, they have been excellent!
I have used them for nearly 6 months now. On their first visit, they walk the property with you and write down all the things you want them to touch on every visit. Then they give you a copy of the list and they review it every visit to be sure they are on top of everything. They show up as scheduled and always ring the doorbell to ask if I want anything additional.
Not only does CYC leave me with a clean yard, but they also leave my pool clean. This has been an issue for me with past services. They would clean up my yard but blow all sorts of debris into my pool. CYC makes sure to blow all the debris to the corner of my pool and then sweep it all out.
Complete Yard Care does an excellent job and really takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone for regular maintenance!
