Worst service ever! Beware, replaced pool pump and they had placed the new pumps lid on wrong and it wasn’t sealed and our new pump was running dry.

I have had very bad experience with my past pool companys unable to keep very old pool blue and clear. Saguaro has been honest and consist with there service. I’m grateful for there dependability and johnny on the spot attitude. I will be enjoying my pool for the rest of the summer. Thank you Saguaro! I would recommend this company for landscaping and pools to anyone looking for fairness and honesty.

I called Saguaro right after moving into a new home for a cleanup, and had a great experience. We have a big backyard, and, because no one had been maintaining it for a few months, it was a huge mess. Steve was friendly and professional, and was able to accommodate my last-​minute request to get the yard ready for our housewarming party. Their crew arrived on time, and when they left, our yard and pool were perfect. I have been very impressed with their service, and will definitely be using them again.

Love this company! I have very difficult neighbor that is extremely hard to deal with. (Over the last 15 years the neighbor has caused 3 different companies to quit after being yelled at, accused of blowing debris into his yard and calling the police.) Saguaro has been great with him, even when my neighbor called the police again. Calmly explained situation to officer. Yard looks great. Have been having Saguaro do our yard for over three years and have gotten wonderful service. If they can handle my neighbor in a professional manner, they can handle any situation.

I’ve used this company many times for the last few years and have never had a problem. They’re on time, polite, and if there is a problem they always call and keep me up to date on how they plan to fix it. I will continue to use their service and appreciate the work and time they put in for my home care.

We had an new build backyard which needed a complete new beginning. We knew what we wanted in terms of design. Saguaro Landscaping was referred to me by a coworker. Steve (owner) responded immediately. I found him to be honest and eager to put his crew to work. I believe the estimate was very fair. The work quality was excellent. The crew cared about details, they spent multiple days digging and designing the irrigation system. I’ve seen them redo things (not in a negative way) to get it just right for us — attention to detail was there priority. Steve also gives good suggestions in terms of design and materials. Steve will work any budget and recommends doing projects in Phases to help ease the budget. They stuck to their estimate and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will call them again. Thank you!

We just had a one-​time cleanup for when we move and I have no idea who everyone dealt with but my whole experience with Steve and his crew was awesome. He was very clear as to what all was included. I asked for an estimate on Tues and they crew showed up early Monday as requested. The guys were courteous and shut down their equipment as I approached to talk about their progress. Their work is VERY detailed, I had expected to do some fine, touch up cleaning but they took care of it all.
I haven’t inquired about their regular landscape and pool service but they’re definitely on our list when we get in to our new place.

I agree with the other poor review! Very rude. After their first visit we were shock how they left our house. They put out our trash cans in the neighbors lawn while they were working then left them their! They left trash (like Palm leave and leaves) all over the street in front of the house. They knocked over chairs in our back yard and didn’t pick them up, unrolled our hose and didn’t put it away. When my husband called to see if they we’re finish because we thought maybe they were coming back. The owner was rude saying well those are all just simple over sights. So since we just paid $ 300 we decided to keep them for the weekly service. The next Wednesday rolls around and no call and no show. Mind you they have already charged our card for the service. So my husband called again and they just couldn’t fit us in but they could come next week and he would give us our money back (which he shorted us by $ 10)!! It would have been nice for him to just call and tell us that. Then we were charge for another month so this is the last month we will use them. This last month we had to do extra pool chemicals and blow our yard and spray for weeds ourself after they have came. Also my garage door was open once and instead of asking me to close it they blew my front yard into my garage. They guys aren’t very friendly. They seem lazy and do things half ass. So yeah I would never recommend this company!

1 star at the most. Do NOT go with Saguaro Landscaping. Steve, the owner is terrible with customer service and takes up an attitude with his customers. I called the office and spoke to his wife who was very pleasant. I asked for help with our sprinklers as I didn’t know what was wrong with them & also asked for a quote on tree removal. Steve arrived on time and provided a quote for the tree — $ 1400. Then I told him that the sprinklers in the front and the back weren’t working. I showed him to the water mains and showed him what I thought was the problem and said that i wasn’t sure if the mains were broken or not. He took a quick look at it and said that the vacuum pump needed replacing. I said ok, let’s do it. He quoted us $ 275, with $ 150 for parts. We then asked him for a quote for overall landscaping clean up — $ 350. WOAH! That should have been the first danger sign. We decided to just do the sprinklers.
His wife called us promptly to schedule the appointment for Wednesday midmorning. She couldn’t tell us when exactly which I found odd. 12:30pm rolls around and nobody has shown up so my husband and I call. Steve calls us back and tells us that the work was already completed. What? Nobody rang the doorbell to let us know they had arrived, nor tell us that they were working on the vacuum pump nor request payment. Not even that but they hadn’t even checked to see if the sprinklers were now working. Steve said that they don’t let the owner of the house know when they arrive at the house and don’t let them know it’s fixed. What? That does not make sense at all. Honestly I think he did this because he didn’t want us to know how long it took for the part to be installed so that we could calculate labor/​hour costs. I was frustrated but told him that I would check to see if the sprinklers were working and call him back.
Well they turned on all right but wouldn’t shut off. Called him back to let him know that the vacuum breaker wasn’t the issue. Then he begins to talk down to me, almost yelling, telling me that I wanted the vacuum breaker fixed and that is the work they completed. And if I wanted a sprinkler check, that that is a different service I should have requested. He suggested that the valves were broken and then indicated that he would have to charge extra for fixing those. Ridiculous. I told him that when I called for help that all I said was that I needed the sprinklers to work again and that I didn’t know what the exact problem was. He was a real jerk to me on the phone and that is when I ended the phone call by telling him that I didn’t like the way the conversation was going and that I was going to call somebody else. I ended the phone call. Then he calls me back three times in a row and leaves me a vm claiming that the call was dropped and he didn’t know what was wrong. He really is unpleasant to talk to and work with and really should not be in business.
I hope more reviews like this teach him that customer service is a worth while activity and that without it, his business WILL fail. Now I’m headed over to any other review site I can to warn others about this shady business.

We had a Terrible experience with this Landscaping Crew. They call themselves professionals which they are not, they are unlicensed and highly unprofessional. Our back yard is half assed, unfinished and looks terrible. I could not be more frustrated with the situation, every time you bring something to Steve’s small attention span, Something that is not up to your standards, Steve the owner says «TRUST ME ILL TAKE CARE OF IT». Well there is no trust Steve! You left our backyard a mess and im very Displeased to say the least. In the time that they where here his crew destroyed our patio Furniture by not moving it and just work around it now its covered in stains from some powder they were using, also the wall is stained in places because they just dont CARE! The entire space is unlevel and shows no matter how you look at it. He was supposed to finish the back yard then maintenance it but has not returned or contacted us just adding to the list of unkept promises. Please stay away from these people they just want to do as little as possible for your money. Pick any other Landscaping Company I know there are alot of true professionals that will bend over backward for there customers. Steve will only lie straight in your face.

Horrible, Horrible service. The owner (I presume) came to my house to give a quote on doing just one part of my yard. I enjoy doing my own yard work but i needed help with the side of my house because I didn’t have the right tools. He looked at it and offered a total of $ 157 to do just this one part. I then told him that was out of my price range and he said back that next time dont waste a professional landscaping company’s time. That was very rude, even if i did waste your time, you shouldnt, as a business tell a person that. So i looked up there company and found out that they are not accredited or licensed through the BBB. I would not recommend this business to anyone but you are more than welcome to try them out yourself. Their monthly wage to do landscaping starts at $ 80 Dollars a month and to clean pools cost $ 40. Tree trimming (if you have the coupon) starts at $ 25.
