Arizona Pool Drain

My experience with Arizona Pool Drain was positive from start to finish in every way. Clay took the time to listen to my concerns and ideas and then educated me on how to get to what I needed. He was timely, detailed and friendly. His respect for quality work and my property was a breath of fresh air. If you need this service, stop looking and call them. I own two homes with pools and a third on the way and will definitely only use this company.

He came out to our house even after we cancelled on him once, but ultimately decided we needed his professional opinion.
He taught us a lot about our pool and filter system. We have been in the house for over a year and never knew much about pool ownership. He was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable.

Clay is absolutely phenomenal. Let me tell you why. We arrived home (unscheduled) after being gone for a few months. Our pool was green, murky, and had algae flora floating on top.
I contacted our pool service company (which we had used for over ten years) and received no response. According to a friend, the pool had been more green then blue since July. We went to Leslie’s Pool Supply and purchased $ 179 in chemicals and after 24 hours the pool was now a turquoise/​teal color and cloudy. I called a new service to come by, and after $ 200 more in chemicals, it was turquoise and cloudy, would not retain free chlorine, and could not get the PH up to the correct level. It was 09÷25÷13 and the temperature was still in the high 90s.
EVERYONE told us that we could not drain the plaster pool and have it acid washed due to the heat EXCEPT Clay. Clay had the pool drained in 3 ½ hours, pressured washed, sanitized, and acid washed in under five hours, we began filling our pool that night (thanks to good water pressure and two faucets) it was up to the tile line before the temperature came close to 85 degrees (9:30 am). The pool is now blue and beautiful.
The price was reasonable. Clay was diligent, and efficient. He charged exactly what was quoted. We highly recommend Arizona Pool Drain and Clay.
