This Is It Furniture

Store review:
If you need discount furniture, this is the store to visit. I can’t say that I bought anything during my recent visit, but the store has some manager specials that are really good deals. You won’t find any nice italian leather sofa, but if you want furniture that is inexpensive and hearty this maybe the store for you. We did not have the experience of pushy sales people, we just told them we were looking. Otherwise you should check it out yourself. This is better than the american freight furniture store down the street

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I contacted the store in December about replacing a bed part for a bed set I purchased here. I was told the part was ordered and after two weeks of not hearing or receiving anything I decided to give the store a call to see what was going on. The part was never even ordered and the guy I spoke to was never available when I called and apparentally no on else could figure it out. I can’t tell you how many times I was told it was ordered, on it’s way, then not ordered and on back order. The whole process was extremely stressful and I couldn’t use the over $ 1000 bed set I had purchased for 6 months. I finally contacted the store ‘This is It’ claimed they were talking to about getting the part and they told me they were never even contacted! They told me they usually just deal with the retailers but since I wasn’t getting anywhere they would send me the part but I would have to contact the store about getting reimbursed. Since then I have been told 5+ times that my reimbursement check was mailed and it has never come. I have left several messages for Big Mike and haven’t received one call back. I couldn’t be more dissapointed and upset with everything I’ve had to deal with with this store.

I can’t applaud This Is It or Big Mike enough for their attention to detail, friendliness, and help in finding the perfection additions to make our house a home. Big Mike’s smile and personality are so contagious – Champaign is lucky to have him and his giving heart. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere other than This Is It for our home furnishings.
We recently got a Gel-​Lux memory foam mattress from This Is It and couldn’t be happier with it! It’s like the cool side of your pillow all night and makes it tough to get out of bed in the morning because it’s so comfortable. We ordered it on a Wednesday and it came straight to my door by the following Monday or Tuesday! Talk about a quick delivery!

Not sure about the negative reviews on delivery times, the guys were great and Mike made sure that my King-​Size Gelux mattress arrived within a week– seven days earlier than promised!
Joe and Mike were great to deal with… and the gel mattress is awesome. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

I highly recommend NOT buying anything from THIS IS IT FURNITURE! Bought furniture over 2 months ago and we still don’t have it. They won’t return phone calls or answer questions about when it will arrive. I’m starting to worry that we were ripped off. Avoid this place.

This is the best and only place to get furniture in my mind! I have bought from other places spent a lot more money and they don’t stand by their product the way Mike and his Team do. I bought furniture there and when I had a problem Mike and his team went above and beyond to make it right! People would be crazy to buy their furniture anywhere else!

Everyone was so incredibly sweet and nice! The entire team helped me turn my house to a home! Definitely shopping there again!
