Very friendly associates who immediately tended to my home improvement project and solved the issue I was having. My shower faucet was malfunctioning. They researched the problem and replaced for me a very small part instead of having to find an entire new mechanism. Thanks to their superb customer service I saved a lot of effort and money! Very satisfied. I plan to return!

Store review:
If you need hardware items and don’t want to trek out to prospect for Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Menards this is the place to visit. Although there is not a large selection like other stores it has all of the essentials. Staff is friendly and knowlegeable. I think the staff here is more helpful than the other hardware store. I would recommend here if you need help with some construction project. The only downside is that the true value doesn’t have a lot of good deals or coupons to decrease the cost of your project compared to the other store. They also don’t offer installation service and the inventory is less than other stores

I’ve been here four times for various needs and they have always been super helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their huge array of products. Seriously, if you need anything from general cleaning or home supplies to home project stuff, they probably have it. They’ve saved me several trips all the way to Target or Lowes-​give the little guy a chance!
