Wash N Roll

We were happy with Wash and Roll and bought a monthly pass. Tonight, the first time we were using the pass, the staff told my husband that they were closing early. Yes, they said, they knew the website said that the car wash was open until 8pm, but they would not allow him to finish vacuuming the car. They took away the rags and spray pump, then finally, they turned off all of the electricity, all well before the posted closing time.

Unbelievably poor customer service this evening from a sullen, rude teenager working who yelled at me. Not to mention there was still soap on my car. First and last experience.

Not real happy with this car wash establishment. Have a brand new SUV (2 mths) and it has «tiny» scratch marks in several places after a couple of carwashes w/​WnR. I feel like the material that slaps up against your car is making these tiny scratch marks allover the «hood» and on areas around the side of my SUV. There’s no way a new vehicle would have scratches in that many places and on the hood like that. I baby this vehicle and extra careful where I park plus the scratches on the hood are the thing that convinces me it’s their carwash.
Also, the soap NEVER gets completely off several areas of the vehicle. I drive around to the boys to hand dry it and once I start driving the soap trickles down the windows. Needs a better, longer wash cycle.

I have been taking my car here for about three years now. I have never signed up for a monthly membership for a car wash but when they opened I chose to do one here. I have had no regrets. They’re always very friendly when I check in, always smiling when I go thru the wash and happy to dry my car with a seemingly great attitude. I like that I can vacuum my car whenever needed and I have to met, my car is finally much cleaner than it’s ever been. No more french fries on the floor :)

First class service at a reasonable price. Try it, you’ll come back often. My car was sparkling clean. My wife loves the place.

Super fast and friendly car wash. I love the free towels and spray. Occasionally they’ll run a surprise promotion with upgraded wash or free air fresheners. Folks working here seem to like their job. Even if there are 5 cars in front of me I seem to get in the wash within a minute.

They always leave sooooo much soap on your car and they jacked up their prices for a half ass job.

All the kids that work there were very nice and did a great job, the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is because they only clean the outside of your car. They have vacuums you can use there for free. That really didn’t matter to me because there is a free vacuum at the self car wash on cypress creek that I always use. I will never go back I’d rather go to a car wash that will clean the inside and outside of your car for the same amount of money you pay there at wash n roll.

Poor service. There was soap all over after cleaning.
They are in a hurry. There is no enough gap between the vehicles. The car behind me rear ended mine thrice. No one to talk and explain why this happened. Had to wait 30 mints for someone to talk. Got dents for my one month old car. Never this place again.

I like this place because it does a great wash. You then hey you’re car wiped down and tired down if you opt for the premium monthly. They have awesome vacuums and I love the air blowers because you can blow air in all those places in your car a vaccum can’t to. They have towels and spray you can use also to clean with if you don’t bring your own. You can do monthly unlimited or per wash. Either way well worth it.

I always get friendly service from the employees. The basic car wash does miss a lot of spots on my SUV but for $ 14.99 a month it’s a great deal.

I love this place. I looked at the prices and amenities near by but this was the only one that had an affordable monthly plan with unlimited use of vaccum. I was looking for something with basic wash and self vaccum since I wouldn’t go to a hand car wash because those are pricy and I’m picky so it wouldn’t satisfy me anyway.
I got the basic unlimited monthly pass 14.99. I just roll in 2 to 3 times a week and I’m out within 10 mins. It doesn’t make your car shiny or anything but gets the job done. It’s good for the price. They also have free hand towel drying. Did I mention the vaccums? It’s free and you can take your time they don’t say anything. I spend almost half an hour vaccuming, yes my car gets dirty from the inside, too.
As for the staff I read some reviews complaining. I have had no issues with anyone on their team. They have all been friendly.
I would recommend this place.

I always appreciate coming here, why? Because they do a good job and I can vacuum my own vehicles to my liking.
Overall, I appreciate the good cleaning and hand towel drying that they provide. Some people do not like to vacuum their own vehicles, but I do. I have kids, I have pets, and I have an active lifestyle. so no average car wash can honestly clean out all the nooks in my vehicles (unless you pay a HIGH premium fee); that job depends on me.
The young guys here have always hustled to get you in and out. I like the prices and the results.
I drive about 10 minutes to get here and it is worth it every time I need it.

A good car wash is hard to find. This one gets 5 stars when I compare it to all the other ones I’ve been to in the area (Austin, not just CP).
What I like about it is that the washes are a decent price (more than a gas station but not crazy). They towel dry your car after the wash, and the wash itself is long. Lots of soaping up and rinsing off, and sometimes I go through a car wash and feel like it’s about a foot long and my car could not have gotten all that clean in such a short cycle. This one is soft cloth, which I like, but I know some people prefer touchless.
They have super strong vacuums which you can use for free. What sets this place apart is at each vacuum station they also have clean towels and cleaning spray for you to use (a windex type solution I think). It’s great. I can get my car sparkling clean here myself, and not pay $$$ for detailing. The also have these air duster things that you can use, I assume to get dust out of small crevices.
If you live in CP or are swinging through and need a car wash, I highly recommend this place!

The membership is such a great deal, it pays for itself. Unlimited monthly washes with access to a vaccuum for $ 14.99 auto draft? This is steal if you like your car clean! And if you have close access. If this wasn’t on my daily route, I’m not sure I’d use it. I’ve been a member for almost two years. They have great, friendly customer service and the owner is very friendly. They play great music and provide a nice atmosphere while you clean your car. They’ll also hand dry, but make sure you have some cash to tip. Otherwise, you can do it yourself for free! And the weekly sticker game gives you the chance for free upgrade if it happens to be your color sticker– these upgrades are totally worth it! I’ll definitely continue to give them my service for as long as my daily route stays the same!

I visit Wash N Roll off Lakeline Blvd on a daily basis to get my car cleaned after long hours of driving the day before. The job always gets done in the end however I feel that I end up doing more work than they do.
Let’s start with driving up to get checked in, most of the time it goes smoothly without issue, but seeing new employees there lately, it’s been an issue. I understand they are new employees but I also feel as if they aren’t being trained thoroughly.
Second, let’s drive up to the carwash itself. Keep in mind this is a business that offers a service, so customer service needs to be a main priority. There is ZERO personality in these employees. Not a single employee looks like they enjoy working there. They must have the mentality of «I have to go to work.» Not «I get to go to work.» Not to mention they don’t do a thorough job of powerwashing or scrubbing before you enter.
Now let’s drive up to the wheel detail or the free rag dry. I pay $ 3 extra (which isn’t much) however every single time, I have to go over my rims AGAIN because they must not care about quality. Also, my car is always covered in pink fuzzy’s from the rags they use, which again, I have to personally wipe off.
As I said before, the job gets done, only after I have to give it another «once-​over». I personally believe it is the staff that is being hired. They all appear to be high school kids that simply don’t care about their job. A select couple greet me at the wash, and none seem to take pride in what they do.

I’ve been to this location at least 5 times, now. I saw a lot of complaints about the staff being teenagers. I do not see how this is an issue. I’ve found that the team is helpful, polite and great at what they do. I try and have dollar bills on hand to tip the guys who detail my tires/​dry the car.
I’m pretty particular about my car washes. This one is automatic (guides your car through a tunnel of cleaning gadgets) and does a great job on my Volvo C-​30. The brushes are delicate and do not leave any residue or scratches. Plus, the free vacuums/​air guns are really nice. I’ll stop by and use the vacuums without getting a wash.
After going to the HEB wash a few times, I upgraded to Wash N Roll. Definitely my go-​to wash in Cedar Park. Great customer service, too!

Awesome car wash. I signed up for the monthly membership, and I have taken my car in almost everyday so far this month. They don’t ask questions or complain that I am coming in too much. I love that.
My car rolls through the wash and comes out on the other end spic and span. I love the free vacuums and air hoses. My car used to be a mess lost of the time, but now I keep it super clean because it is super easy!
Also, before I get into the wash, there is a guy that scrubs the front and back of my car and windshield with a soapy brush. That is a nice start!
I can’t say there is never a line. When I came in on Friday it took about ten minutes in line. That wasn’t fun, but it was the first time there has been any real wait. I hope the line doesn’t become a more common thing as this place gains popularity.
There are a ton of drive thru car washes around, but this is my new favorite. I will not go anywhere else!

The Good:

The Bad:
: the guys not being very thorough about the preliminary scrub of big residue from your car. i know they are young kids getting paid minimum wage, but there’s something called working hard, regardless of what you do and how much you get paid. that something is called work ethic.
The Ugly:
: my car came out slightly cleaner than when i came in. slightly. that’s not good. bird poop was still everywhere, but the back of my jeep looked like it hadn’t even been through a car wash. poop still EVERYwhere. waste of money.
Would I go back? No, unfortunately not. If a business’s core is to wash cars, and it doesn’t do so at the most basic level, then that’s pretty evident they need to get their act together.
This place is OUT.
