HEALTH WARNING! I went through this location earlier and had to wait almost ½ hour for them to bring my order. The young man who brought the order had obviously been handling raw product as his hands were covered in flour and batter. I called the store manager who identified herself as Elizabeth. When I told her what I had witnessed she explained that he was just helping out pack and deliver orders! With hands that had been handling raw food?! I explained to her this was dangerous and she said «I’ll be happy to replace your order». Oh really?! I’m reporting to corporate, the county and state health departments. BEWARE… YOUR FAMILY’S HEALTH IS NOT WORTH IT! I won’t ever go back!!!

well fair warning to anyone who is a new employee or wanting to apply at this location the gm is a big liar, and will use you! i was treated unfairly, and fired for calling the corporate office and emailing the owner because they wanted me to pay 900.00 for a broken drive thru headset !!! one headset doesn’t cost 900.00 dollars! !!! the people that call them selves managers at this location have no business working here!!!

I am beyond in love with this new location. I ordered a two piece for 99c a few weeks ago, and the service was prompt, chicken was fresh and crispy. I enjoyed every crumb. Byfar the best Popeyes I have been to in the Austin area.

I know this is fast food but even for that standard this was terrible! Extremely slow service as only one person was in front of us and it took 15 minutes just to get ordered. There were things on the menu board that were not on the order system. The manager couldn’t even get the system to agree with the order. The menu board looks great and simple buy is misleading to prices and what exactly comes with dinners or combos. The chicken actually looked like a quail instead of chicken it was so small. After the order finally was done it just sat on the counter because they didn’t even call us or let us know it was there. Not coming back here again.

I will never understand why whatever Popeye’s Chicken I go to they NEVER, NEVER get our order right. Was hoping this new one on Lakeline Boulevard would be better. But sadly it was just the same. Tried them twice to give them a chance and they FAILED MISERABLY. COME ON MANAGERS GET YOUR CREW IN ORDER.

Ordered two 2 piece spicy white meat meals which is a breast and a wing and it costs $ 1 more for white meat. Got home and one meal was correct, the other had a wing and a thigh and I HATE thighs. For as much as I like the flavor of Popeyes chicken, I won’t be going back.

Got the 11 piece tenders with two red beans and rice and 6 biscuits for $ 9.99 with a coupon. Great deal! The tenders were good and we got spicy and they were spiced well. They gave us several different sauces to try and the service was excellent. The red beans and rice were great as usual.

For a popeye guy — this was not a good sign at the newest location in CP.
I asked my wife to grab me a chicken sandwich on the way home from her work. She went through the drive through and they told her they don’t have a chicken sandwich — so she called me to ask what else did I want. I asked her to go inside and request whatever chicken product was available on a bread product — so she did. And don’t you know — they had a chicken poor boy. Unfortunately it was aptly named as the chicken tenders were almost all breading and the bread was stale and falling apart. I didn’t finish the sandwich even though I was mighty hungry and then it made my stomach hurt too.: (

Very disappointed, first of all Brandon at the front was a jerk, when I came to get the food, threw the cup for soda on the table instead of handing it to me. The the floors are all wet, I slipped two times getting to my seat, i fell from their floors being washed incorrectly. Poor service, lost my appetite just from that. I don’t think I would ever recommend this place just bc if the service I got. Not anything to do with the food.
Also, in addition since I’m writing this while I’m here it does not take 23 min to get one order of mashed potatoes and a damn chicken leg. PATHETIC!
Saw a drug deal!!! Wtf… I’m calling the cops and the owner for this…

Finally a popeye’s with friendly and prompt service. The round rock location is always dreadful so I’m glad this one opened up. This location is also closer to my house.
I only went in the drive thru but the restaurant looked clean and organized. Worker was friendly and my order came out correct, fast and yummy.
