Kwik Kar

Just got an oil change and radiator flush today. The greeting was friendly and warm. The waiting room was clean and offered kurig coffee. The techs were professional, efficient and thorough. This is the only place I’ll get my vehicles maintained. Thanks gents!

My wife had run out of gas on 183 and ran across the street to Kwik Kar to see if they could help. The store was closed but the employees were having a meeting. The manager left the meeting with a gas can, went to the gas station next door, and brought her some gas and sent her on her way.
A week ago I needed an oil change and they had the best price on full synthetic oil changes in the area.
I will definitely be taking my business here from now on!

Did oil change nice welcoming staff, but they forget to adjust the maintain economic light, I was scared and went to check with mechanic but it was change oil light not adjusted. Rest of the things are ok

I went to Kwik Kar after getting a quote from another repair shop to replace 2 belts on my car. The price here was less than half and the customer service was exceptional. I will return and will encourage others to do the same.

I would have left this alone had the owner not decided to try to disparage my husband and me.
Oh, Mohammad, if anyone needs to check facts it is you. It was not 3 MONTHS as you claim, and it was not «some water.» The cabin of my car was completely flooded, but because I have rubber-​backed floor mats it took more than 1 – 2 days to notice the carpet underneath. I did take my car to another technician. I took it to the dealership who corrected the problem the last time you guys messed up my vehicle… Remember that, Mohammad? When your technician put the air filter in INCORRECTLY?!? I had my oil changed with you on August 12, 2014, and my car was flooded, repaired, with brand new carpet installed before the end of September. How does that equal 3 months.
As far as the statement that my husband refused to let you inspect our vehicle… That is A COMPLETE LIE. And it speaks VOLUMES to your integrity. You never asked to inspect the car. You offered to dry it out with fans. Per a REPUTABLE technician, the carpet needed to be replaced which is what we did.
Lastly, I didn’t write the review to try and «force you to pay my bills.» I pay my own bills just fine. I wrote the review to warn other potential victims of your shoddy work and lack of accountability for your employees mistakes. You can attempt to insult me as much as you want, but we both know what happened. I will continue to tell everyone I know, and you can continue to try to insult me. I welcome it so your «customers» can see what a classy guy you are.

Fast and Friendly service. Clean business for a Oil Change Facility. Price was good and no high pressure up sales.

I have been bringing my vehicle to these guys for about three years. Overall, I have been pleased with their service and quick turnaround time for oil changes and Inspections. They will let you know if there is anything wearing on your car. You can trust them. The owner has been there for five years and has maintained a great relationship with the community as a man we can trust. Thanks, guys.

Friendly service and they lived up to their name… they got the oil changed in my truck KWIK! No upsell attempts on this one as there was nothing the truck needed… however, when I brought my car in about 6 months ago, they did alert me to maintenance needs which I appreciated. They are 2 for 2 in getting me in and out quick and not trying to rip me off… I will be back and recommend to friends.

Car maintenance is not something I look forward to doing but this place is great. I’ve been maintaining my car for years bouncing around from shop to shop but since my last visit, I’ve found my place to get work done. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I liked that they gave me a very thorough inspection of my car and brought to my attention what I needed to get done. They simply presented me the option to service certain things with the car and made me understand why it is that I was doing that. I budget very well so i always want to know where my money is going. After I decided on what to maintain, the technician quoted me a time frame and sure enough it was met. I’ve found my mechanic and now my car thanks me. To the crew at kwik kar, keep up the great work.
