Highly recommend one stop auto ! I went there to get my back brakes done and was in kind of a time crunch because I had to pick up my son, they had me finished and out the door within an hour or so. Super friendly. Tony took extra time to even help with my blinker that was out. These guys are awesome!

Great service and courteous. Stayed open late to finish my state inspection. Have two section — tire/​inspection and auto repair. Will return for future auto repairs.

These people are awesome. Although not all affiliated the tire, repair and maintenance stores in cedar park seem to care about its customers. I enjoy the atmosphere while waiting for a great deal on four new tires.

I LOVE One Stop ! I accidentally hit my new roommates 2016 Jeep Patriot causing a dent in the front bumper. I called Cole, the Body Shop expert, and told him what happened. Cole took control of the situation immediately. He ordered the part, which came in the next day. Made on appt. for him to come in before he was due to work and had it fixed like Brand New in plenty of time. Cole and One Stop not only did a fabulous job in a very quick time frame, they saved me Hundreds of dollars. Thank you again, One Stop !

I was stranded this morning and in a panic. I called Tony and within 30 minutes they were out and fixed my problem for a very reasonable rate. Will use them more often in the future for my auto needs. GREAT PLACE!

I was told about this place by a friend, so happy that I tried it out. The prices are terrific, and the service was so friendly. Everything had a very personal air and I would definitely trust them with my car again. Would definitely reccomend.

I happened upon this place after getting quote after quote on a set of new tires from every shop around. I needed a new set of tires really badly. I had basically put it off until it became an emergency and got a flat tire. Bottom line is that I had just moved my wife and I down here from Albuquerque and money is really tight. I realized that buying a set of new tires was not a good idea financially. So I went searching for a shop that sold used tires. I’m a paramedic and I work 24hr shifts. I managed to make it to work after using a can of fix-​a-​flat, but the next morning when I was getting off duty the tire completely flat again. Luckily, there’s an air compressor at my station. I did a quick search around my station and found 1 Stop had good reviews. I called them up and asked if they had a used set of tires in my size. They asked for my phone number so they could check their stock and call me back. I’ll admit, I immediately thought, «they’re not going to call me back anytime soon so I’ll keep looking.» But, I gave my number anyway. They called me back in 2 minutes, no exaggeration. They told me they had a full used set available. They told me the price out the door before I even asked. And they told me that they could get me in immediately if I was interested. I told them I’d be there in a few minutes.
I found the shop, pulled up and parked. While walking up to the office, I was greeted by who I believe was the business owner. He asked me what I needed help with and I explained my situation. He walked me to the office and made sure that they had the set I called about ready for me. Then he thanked me for my business. I handed over my keys, they pulled my car in and had all the tires off within 5 minutes of my arrival. While I was waiting, I noticed they had a huge inventory of used tires. They had a good amount and variety of brands for new tires as well. They had the tires balanced and on my car in about 30 minutes. I settled up and got my keys. Everyone was extremely nice. I noticed the used set I got were Yokohama (a brand I actually like) and they had a surprising amount of tread life in them. I’m very surprised at the amount of life in these tires. I’ve bought used before and never gotten any used tire with that amount of life left.
My wife and I really make a point to shop local. We really like supporting local businesses. I haven’t tried any other local tire shops since I’m new to the area. But, I really don’t need to try another tire shop now. This shop, without a doubt, has my business in the future for all my vehicles. When I’m in the market for new tires, I’ll be coming back for that as well. Thank you for the great service. I’ll be sure to tell all the guys in my department to give you their business as well.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. They service my work trucks. Tony is truly a great mechanic and a great person. All the guys that work there are the same. You never have to worry about anything, there do an amazing job and at a fare price
I wouldn’t take my trucks anywhere else.

My first visit to 1 stop tire for the inspection of my car for the registration, I was there at the last moment when they were getting ready to close but still they did the inspection after there working hours, very friendly and nice people

I LOVE One Stop! I came in to get the nail out of my tire, then Ken the owner greeted me! I also had a headlight out and needed an oil change. It was so great they were able to get me in and help me make sure that all my needs were tended to. Both Mimi and Darrel were so friendly and made me feel welcome! It’s so great to have a reliable and trustworthy automotive shop. I will be a forever customer of one stop. :) I definitely recommend to anyone.

Looks like doing my homework on Unilocal has paid off! I called 1 Stop today to see if they had any used tires to fit my Accord, and what it would cost to get a couple put on. The gal that helped me was very helpful and said that she would give my information to the guys so I could stop by after work. I rolled in right at 5 and unlike most places that frown upon you coming in an hour before close, Branden Blandy greeted me with a smile and eager to help! He looked at my tires and what I asked to be done and never one time tried to sell me more than I wanted! I had new looking used tires on my car in less than 30 minutes start to finish! Darell Dougherty checked me out when all was done and all for $ 116! I will be back for 2 more tires in a couple of weeks and an alignment! Stellar service guys so please keep it up! This is coming from a guy who has been in the customer service industry for 20 years!

If you want a mechanic you can trust who isn’t going to try to upsell you — then take your car to Tony. I’ve been going to 1 stop for a couple years now. My sons and I all have older card (10 – 11 years) so we all have things go crazy from time to time. I have on at least 4 – 5 occasions, been able to compare quotes from other shops for comparable services, and Tony ALWAYS comes in either around the same or less. He’s never the «over» bidder. He’s provided shuttle services to me a few times and he is just basically a good guy, most respectful. And they get their work out expeditiously and always reasonably priced. In all my dealings with Tony, I have NEVER felt that I wasn’t getting a fair deal. You have a customer for life Mr. T!

I was so grateful to find through a friend’s referral, «1 Stop Paint & Body» (part of 1 Stop Tires & Automotive), under Cole Davis (phone 512−720−1950). He did a fantastic job replacing my damaged truck bumper and headlight and repainting (and even threw in detailing the whole truck) — for what the insurance covered, but in just 2 days (not 3 days as the insurance company estimated). My 2007 truck looks like new! Beautiful repair — by a very friendly, responsive, competent, honest guy.

After being fleeced by couple of Honda dealers who made over 3 grand this year and still gave me a pending to-​do of another 3 grand to get my 2005 odyssey running. I was at a point dreading the very thought of selling this van and taking on EMIs of a new car. I took to Unilocal to search for dealer alternatives and found Tony’s shop. I’m so glad I did!
I did have to spend some money to get the van back in shape but in all my visits and communication so far, I felt absolutely comfortable trusting their judgement, prices and work. In fact, Tony went above and beyond by recommending eBay listings as a source to procure a set of wheels that easily saved me $ 300-​$ 500. Not only that, once the wheels arrived, Tony had the old ones taken off and the new ones put on for free. Never tried to sell any additional service or part.
The Van’s running great now and I know where to take it as long as it stays with me. Tony has a customer for life!

So it’s Friday after a long week and I’m ready to start my weekend. I’m on my way home to our place in Cedar Park and a couple miles from my house my car overheats. Glad it wasn’t further away. I pull into a parking lot and have my wife pick me up. Damn, it’s Friday night, how am I going to get my car ready to go for Monday morning. Are there any truly good, quality mechanics open on a Saturday? I find 1 Stop and call Saturday morning. Yes, they’re open, yes they can work on my car. So I have it towed over there Saturday morning. They quickly diagnose the issue (a bad thermostat led to a cracked radiator) and they fix it for way less than I expected this to cost based on a similar issue with my wife’s car a few years ago. The owner, Tony, is great. Friendly and professional, he truly cares about his customers. Honest mechanics are a challenge to find. I can recommend 1 Stop and Tony and his crew without reservation. He’ll shoot straight with you and tell you exactly what’s going on, and do great work to take exceptional care of your car. I will absolutely use them again.

Love this place! They’re all good people and take care of their customers. We bring our personal and business vehicles here for tires, inspections, body repair and just about anything else. They even gave me a ride to my next appointment while I left my truck to get tires. Ken, Cole, Mimi, Darrell… thank you!

After someone in my neighborhood recommended this place, I asked for a quote for repair work and almost fell for what appeared to be low labor charges. Thankfully I received quotes from a handful of other repair shops and found out they quoted me over $ 300 in parts (close to $ 500 with labor) for a part that costs less than $ 50. Very disappointed. With the string of shops located in their vicinity, I think I’ll be looking for someone that doesn’t fake their ‘honesty’.
I spoke to a friend that just had the exact same experience here; close to a grand for a repair that was quoted $ 500-​$ 600 everywhere else. I wish I would have noticed the list of hidden negative ‘not recommended reviews’ before wasting my time here.

These guys have consistently been awesome. My wife & I both feel very comfortable that they are the best auto shop around.
We have taken our 2004 Toyota 4-​Runner here for several years, and have started taking our 2008 VW Touareg here too, and are consistently happy with the work Tony & his crew do.
They have never tried to sell us anything we don’t need, and have alerted us to some problems we didn’t know about. Nothing but good things to say about One-​Stop

I took my car in today for new brake pads on the recommendation of a friend. I can honestly say that Tony had me at hello. When it comes to the stigma of car mechanics, 1 stop will instantly give one pause and force a reevaluation of that stereotype. The service was impeccable. the prices very fair, and work done within a half day. It’s such a pleasant surprise to find someone fair, honest, clean and who stands by their word and backs it with a warranty. This is one guy who gets it. If I could give six stars I would. Do not hesitate to go here.

If your looking for a good honest mechanic, this is not the place your going to find one!!! Bought a Planet super Saver Card. After only two oil changes and a tire rotation, Tony (the owner) told me they were no longer going to honer the rest of the services which I had remaining. Just goes to show you get what you pay for, The first time they rotated the tires I came up missing a lug nut and the last time they changed the oil it came back leaking at the plug and when I took it back they told me I would need to leave it with them or wait a couple of hours. I told them to forget it.
Buyer Beware!!!

I was having some major car trouble on Friday night. I called them up at 10AM the following Saturday and they were able to see me right away with no appointment to figure out what was going on. They put my car up on a lift and examined it while I waited in their comfortable waiting room.
After they were done looking at it, they brought me back and explained everything they found in terms I could easily understand but I never felt like they were talking down to me. I asked for an itemized breakdown of the repairs that needed to be done along with prices for it all. They let me know what should be taken care of right away and what could wait to be repaired until a later time. They were not able to recreate one of the problems and did not try to push me into diagnostics that were not needed at this time.
They did not charge me a dime for the time they took to run my codes, get my car on a lift and breakdown all repairs needed. I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart and were not just trying to push unnecessary repairs.
I ended up trading in that vehicle rather than getting it fixed due to the age of my car and mileage already on it, but I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family and would be happy to take any of my future vehicles to them.

My first visit with 1 Stop was yesterday evening after being hassled by PepBoys for two hours with nothing getting done to my car. I initially just needed an inspection but found out that my tires were bad and treading. I called them and didn’t realize it was after they close but they answered anyway. They heard my request and since I was already down the street, they told me to come on in. I was extremely thankful for their prompt service and friendliness in assisting me, even when they didn’t have to. They replaced three tires and did the inspection in about 30 minutes. The tires were great quality, and for the price I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go.
I definitely plan to use them again in the future. Real, genuine & honest people are hard to find in the automotive business — especially if you are female — and I believe they top the cake. Thank you!

I appreciate 1 Stop Automotive particularly because they get right something really important that a lot of other businesses miss — Valuing their customers.
We went into the shop today to see about renting a trailer. They not only spent time talking to us about our specific needs for the trailer, but they then drew up a special offer for renting the trailer based on our needs.
Like everyone else, we’ve had our share of frustrating experiences trying to get help/​work done at lots of different businesses; therefore, getting old-​fashioned, individual attention and service at 1 Stop Automotive — for no other reason than that they seem to genuinely value their customers — was a very welcomed experience.
We’ll happily go back to them when we need a service they offer.

I just had to give this place a great review. 2 of my cars we thought we would be paying some high prices to fix. Thought we had exhaust leak on one, and either brakes or transmission problems in the other. Both of our cars ended up being minor fixes and I am so grateful to this place for being honest and not ripping me off. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

These guys fill a gap that is widening every day in the tire service area due to the big corporate chains adding more and more bureaucracy to the mix.
I had a pair of really good used BG Goodrich tires that I needed mounted to some rims I was putting on a custom trailer I built. Went to Discount and was told «no» because one of the tires had a patch (a very good and properly installed patch). I went to 1 Stop and they mounted and balanced both of them quickly and without issue because the tire with the patch was in great shape – it was simply patched. I know Discount has their policies that drive them now. It’s too bad because it’s beyond common sense now in my opinion.
I also got great service at a great price in getting some new ATV tires mounted. Discount and another big name wanted a LOT of money to do it. 1 Stop come through again and did all four at a very reasonable price (it was easy work for those guys).
I took a look at 1 Stop’s used tired inventory and they have some good stuff.
Cash and check only… remember that. They do a good job and have good service. I’m going to build some more custom trailers and I’ll be going straight to them to get the tire work done as I’ll be putting on used tires so I can save a lot of money.
