I have been to many frozen yogurt places but never been to one with so many different flavors! They not only had cake batter, cookie dough, coconut caramel flavors but even Gelato(tiger blood flavor – sweet!) and frozen custard… wow, really good! Even bought some natural based ice cream for home. We went with family and some friends. Everyone was satisfied and great customer service:):):) Definitely coming back!

Thank you Berry Cool! For I have found my froyo nirvana. This is the first time I’ve been somewhere that had not only froyo, but frozen self serve custard and gelato as well. I appreciate them boldy displaying the calorie counts on each flavor before I filled my bowl to the rim. We sampled a few and everything I tried I liked. I settled on butter pecan swirled with Tahitian vanilla then added crushed graham cracker and Heath toffee bits. It rocked my Friday night man. Loved it! The only slight annoyance I had was when I showed my $ 1 off Unilocal check in offer to the cashier. He looked at me as if I pulled a hamster out of my purse and tried to use it as currency. He said he had never seen that before and was going to text his manager if we wanted to «just start eating the yogurt and wait». I wasn’t going to punish anyone else waiting on account of $ 1 so what can you do but pay and be done with it? Bah humbug. *shakes fist*

If you’ve ever been to a yogurt place, this is pretty much the same… except: REALLY good flavors that run the gamut from chocolate gelato to low calorie toasted coconut. My personal fave was White Chocolate Mousse. Very good. Not so many toppings. A good amount, but less than I’d like. I couldn’t even find chocolate sauce for a while. Isn’t that basic? I’d come back for the really delicious flavors, but if I just wanted some regular tart, you could go somewhere with more toppings.

very disappointed with my visit. First, there was no cashier and we had to wait for like 10 mins with our yogurt bowls to pay. Then many of the toppings were empty. There were hardly any fruits, most of the chocolate toppings were empty, and just seemed like nothing was being refilled. Plus, the counters were dirty. Terrible customer experience!

We’ve tried several fro-yo places around the Cedar Park/Leander area and this one was by far the best. The quality and the price. I had a $ 5 groupon for $ 10 worth of fro-yo. 3 adults, two kids, fro-yo and toppings came to $ 16xx. After my groupon I only paid $ 6 — so a total of $ 11. Would definitely go back even if it was full price at $ 16. Husband had a vanilla chocolate combo, kids had peanut butter cup, mother in law had peach and I had red velvet. Delightful!

This Berry Cool shop is, hands down, my top choice in frozen yogurt! I will tell you why, but I first must warn you that the Berry Cool on Cypress Creek Rd. is nowhere near as good, so don’t make the mistake of going there instead. Now, onto the important stuff. First of all, this store offers the BEST texture of yogurt around and in many great flavors. My personal favorites are the Cake Batter, New York Cheesecake and the Girl Scout Thin Mint. They keep a great stock of toppings that are always fresh and tasty. They have never let me down in quality or service. Besides top-notch texture, flavor and toppings, friendly managers and employees, here is what sets this store apart from the others… at least the many I have tried: Berry Cool at Whitestone runs Groupon deals pretty frequently and offers many other great incentives like their reward program that allows you to earn free yogurt after so many purchases, a Birthday Club for more free yogurt, and many more deals and discounts if you sign up for their emails or texts. I don’t think I ever pay full price, because it seems like there is always a deal. I don’t live anywhere near this place, but when I want yogurt, the long drive for me is well worth it. Best quality, best customer service and best prices around!

I have tried every yogurt place in town there are plenty. I came here a number of times from a groupon. The last time I stopped here there were dead and live cockroaches! One of each by the front door and a ton in back by the bathrooms. There were more roaches than people there. For me I’m done.

OLDSPOILEDYOGURT! A group of us went in for a treat after working all day. My yogurt was chocolate with a few toppings. I tasted it and almost got sick. When I told the cashier it was old, he responded«it’s probably just you». My coworker tasted hers and she started gagging. We finally asked the young man to call his manager. I talked with the manager who also told me «I just changed it, there is no way it could be bad». After arguing for about 15 minutes the boy gave me back my money. The whole experience was horrible and all 3 if us had to miss work the next day from food poisoning. I WILL be reporting them to HEALTHCODE. You can seriously hurt someone by serving spoiled food.

I enjoy going to Berry Cool. They usually have a good variety of flavors, and I like their reward points program. The staff have always been very nice(though sometimes not that attentive), and the owner has been very friendly when we’ve seen him. My only complaint is that there’s usually at least one flavor that’s out of order when we go.

I haven’t been to Berry Cool in a long while since I learned that I have become severely lactose intolerant(makes me horribly sick!), but I always enjoyed Berry Cool when I lived in the Cedar Park area. The yogurt was very smooth and creamy, never had too much air whipped into it or felt over-saturated with sugar. Not the most incredible selection of toppings or yogurt, but it was always enough to satisfy my hankering for this delicious treat. The fruit seemed fresh and the yogurt never too melty. Not sure if they still do it, but they used to do a check in deal here that gave you a decent discount. My only hang up is that they are a little on the pricier side.

WHYDO I KEEPGOINGHERE??? The last 3 times I’ve been in there, the floor is sticky, the place is overwhelming with the smell of Pine Sol, most of the toppings are EMPTY, and those that aren’t have other toppings mixed in with them. I could understand if the place were busy, but I’ve been the ONLY person in there each time. The last time I made a comment about how the toppings(mostly the fresh fruit) are always empty and the guy just shrugged his shoulders at me. I’m irritated with myself every time I leave there… WHYDO I GOBACK? I guess each time I am hoping it’s better or maybe I’ve been spoiled by the 2 other yogurt places that I frequent. They are so clean, have all of their toppings, all of the time, yet are busy, busy!!! I don’t know. Why can’t you keep the place stocked and clean(refreshingly clean… not smelling of foul pine cleaner) when you AREN’T BUSY! This place is next to the grocery store in my area. It’s usually after I do my shopping that I’d like a treat on the way home… but next time, maybe I’ll just buy my own yogurt and fruit and mix it at home… OR better yet, drive 3 miles down the road in either direction and go to a yogurt place that is far superior!

Came to austin for a day trip, searching for a smoothie/yogurt shop around the parks around the area. Found Berry Cool on my GPS thought hey lets give it a try maybe the name really means what it means. All over the front door the advertisements say 100% real fruit and super fruits available for smoothies. I ordered the Mango smoothie for my self and the Berry’s smoothie for my gf. The total came out to just $ 6.39 and 5 mins later received my smoothies and they were tiny with that i could just run down the street for jamba juice for the same or ACTUALLYWAYBETTERQUALITY! Looking at a smoothie which the drink its self is supposed to be Smooth HENCE the name SMOOTH-EEEEE sigh took the first sip of displeased if i wanted shaved ice in a cup i could make it my self, there was no sense of REAL fruit every thing about the drink screamed out ARTIFICIAL! CAN’T BELIEVETHISISANACTUALSHOP yall need to be PROPERLYTRAINEDONHOWTOMAKE A CORRECTSMOOTHIENOTICY!!! Berry Cool has a ton of flavors and toppings and lets you sample them for free. Overall this is the most creamy froyo I have had anywhere. Now normally I am a fan of creamy mouth feel like you get from ice cream but here I almost feel like it detracts from the froyo flavor, something is just not quite right. The store itself is very clean and laid out nicely. I especially like the electronic signs above each flavor that show you the nutritional information. Most of the flavors I have tried here have just been OK but of particular note is the Girl Scout Thin Mint flavor. It is amazing and worth coming for alone. Note even though both the Unilocal page and their website says they close at 11PM on weekends they actually close at 10PM.

Berry Cool is verry, verry, good. Their nonfat fruit flavors are like yogurt sorbet… awesome. Seems to be higher quality than its competitors. I was down on this place, but now it is my «go to» joint for a yo fix.

Cheerful and relaxing atmosphere for enjoying the creamy frozen yogurt. The place is clean and there was a large selection of flavors of yogurt and non-dairy fruit sorbets. The majority of the flavors were good(my least favorite is the cookies and cream — weird, powdery taste). There is a good selection of starch toppings, candies, and nuts. Try the lychee balls(they are a lychee flavor that look and feel like Ikura). My only complaint here is that the fruit selection is small and not of good quality. When I came this afternoon, the fruit bins were mostly empty and not fresh looking. The unripened mango was hard and bitter and I wished they had realized this before putting them out.

Wow, another fro yo place by the casa! I came here tonight after work because they were open late. I tried the acai blueberry tart, watermelon sorbet tart, and ruby red tart, pretty good. I also tried the espresso, which was good! This place has a large selection of regular and tart yogurts and toppings. The yogurt is not as good as Caffe Yolly(or Yo-Yo’s), but the hours are great and the yogurt is still good. I would definitely go to Caffe Yolly if they were open, but this is great for any late night cravings.

went back several times. This time I found they added my favorite fruits: lychee, logan, rambutan and palm seeds. so increase to 5 stars. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - The weather is great. Before heading to the movie theater, we went to this frozen yogurt place. I’ve been to several frozen yogurt places in Austin. This one has more creamy yogurt options than fruity ones. I usually mixed it with fresh fruits only. This store doesn’t have my favorite fruit, lychee. Most Americans probably don’t know what’s lychee anyway. I mixed it with raspberries, kiwi and strawberries. I was stuffed after $ 7 cup yogurt and wanted skipping the dinner. This location is not that far from my house. I will come back often.

Great stuff! I’ve eaten at alot of the yogurt places around Austin especially the ones around UT campus and North Austin and this place is hands down the best quality yogurt I’ve had. The yogurt isn’t runny and doesn’t have any funky colouring to it. Just the way I like it!

I’ve decided with all the froyo places popping up around the ATX it was time to review and scrutinize each one for the benefit of complete strangers :-) Today’s stop — Berry Cool. It’s the closest yogurt place to my house and I’m glad I did, it’s really good. Plus it has a cool pebble floor which is unusual. What sets it apart is they have a few more machines than most places. If I ran one of these places I’d have as many machines as I could –people will keep adding yogurt to sample all the flavors which makes them heavier :-) I had the carmel, red velvet, cake batter and praline pecan. The texture is very good, I like my yogurt creamy and not the colder harsher ice milk texture of some of the other places around. Red Velvet — creamy, a tiny bitter after taste. I still think Yogurt Experience has the best RV I’ve had. Cake Batter — creamy, very good flavor. Dulce De Leche — I really liked this but it didn’t really go with my other flavors. Next time I will do this and chocolate and cake batter. Praline Pecan — tasted great in the sample but lost it’s flavor in my mix. I also sampled the Peanut butter cup with was very good also. I like the high tech stuff here also, when I go to other yogurt places that don’t list the nutritional stuff I buy less cuz maybe they are hiding the sugar content, etc :-) The owner today was very helpful and really wanted our feedback and flavor suggestions. I think a yellow cake batter would be awesome and I’m excited to try some of their Holiday planned flavors coming up. I hope they bring pistachio back. It’s going to be tough to pick between this and Yogurt Experience now… One thing I wonder about all the yogurt places is, does each make their own yogurt or is there a Yogurt factory in the area pumping out tons of yogurt wholesale like the Gelato factory in town? My guess is each makes their own, but I still wonder…

Thick and creamy. *In the words of my very sexy and, for all you lucky gentlemen out there, very single girlfriend Tu.* Sampled many of the flavors and the best are the red velvet, peach mango, and cheesecake. Highly recommended that you eat fast unless you’re a big fan of yogurt soup since unfortunately the yogurt melts a bit fast.
