This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. We tried coming the other day and they were out of two meats. We came two days later and the line was to the door. When we ordered and finished our food, there was still a line to the door. The employees are slow and have no sense of urgency. I don’t understand why other locations are quick with the same amount of employees. Also, they are stingy with their portions.

Why is it the music so loud in here!!! I feel like I’m at the club. The girl couldn’t hear my order. The guy seemed out out when I asked for a bottle of hot sauce. I hope not all chipotles become like this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was probably the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Slow, understaffed, and TERRIBLE service. Once we were FINALLY able to order, I was blessed with the opportunity of watching one of the young ladies behind the counter fail miserably at wrapping my burrito. She felt it was perfectly fine to give me a burrito that was falling apart. When I asked her to re-wrap it, she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed while proceeding to wrap it in THREE tortillas. I got it home and managed to take three bites of bread(plus maybe a few grains of rice and a kernel of corn) before the whole thing fell apart. Don’t think we’ll be visiting them again.

3.5 Stars! This locations chicken is always perfectly seasoned & cooked. Before the company’s national E. Coli scare, I agree, the service was pretty slow & subpar. One visit I’d receive a warm greeting with a smile, the next probably not. But no doubt the food was always consistent. Post E. Coli update: the service is still average, the line is always SHORT(understandably) & the food is still good.

Super slow service… employees are more worried about having conversations than moving the line ! Slowest chipotle ever ! love the food though.

I wonder does Chipotle management or corporate even look at Unilocal reviews, because no matter what day or time, this has to be the SLOWEST Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The main complaint you will read about this location are the long lines. The reason for that is due to the slow service. I’ve been to other locations that had long lines, but customers were served efficiently and exspodiciously. Just don’t understand how this location is perpetually slow.

I never go out my way to give bad reviews but this location just topped the cake for me. There employees are VERYVERYVERY stingy with the food. And don’t you dare try and ask for more they will roll their eyes sling your food around and give you pinch more or charge you extra. How are you going to charge me more when you only gave me a pinch. You guys are killing people with your food the least you could do is have good customer service for those of us who choose to still give you our business.

Third person in today, it’s 11am. No warm greeting. Managers and staff eating at front table. No one on line. Every time we come here it is the same thing. Floors dirty from day before. Food debris from the night before still on floors and booths. Something about this area, service in general has declined. I see at least 8 employees plus the three having what looks like a casual meeting. It’s been an hour an no one has cleaned a thing. People down here must have low expectations…

So happy there is one finally located in my neighborhood. The line is always long. I’d suggest ordering off the app so you don’t have to wait in the line and just skip it. Oh. Best part of the app is that you don’t have to pay upfront. You can pay when you get there.

Embarrassing. So Chipotle is in the middle of a national E Coli scare, you know, food borne illness! My local restaurant’s answer: leave food out, rather than making it fresh. I ordered food online for seven people at 4:15PM for pick up at 5:30. Plenty of time and nothing complicated. I arrive at 5:20 thinking I would grab a drink while I waited. I didn’t check bathrooms, but dirty napkins were obvious in both the dining room and drink area. As I approached the counter I was greeted warmly enough, but my food was… ready. Great service, right? Until I got it home to find sour cream falling a part and the food cold. What gives? Well in addition to forgetting about parts of the kid’s order, I realize based on the universal temperature of the food that we obviously made the order right away and let it sit out instead of making it closer to delivery time. Ugh?!? There was next to no one in your store AND you have a national food borne illness crisis and you take this lazy approach thinking I won’t notice? Embarrassing. And offensive. You get one star because your staff is at least polite to my face while risking my children’s health being lazy behind it.

The worst service I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. 7 staff members at 8 pm but only two working the line. All the others are doing closing prep work instead of serving the long line of customers. Terrible.

Great service. It’s definitely improved since my last visit. I got a chicken and guac bowl to go and the chicken was hot and delicious even at close to closing time. Which really surprised me. Looks like this place is turning around but the line was definitely long. Make sure to place your order over the phone.

This is by far the most substandard Chipotle I have ever been to. The crispy taco shells were stale, the chicken was cold. and the food assembly line was nasty with spilled food everywhere. The line of customers was out the door while 4 workers were on break. Sweet tea container was empty. asked for more but they never refilled it. Three strikes you’re out. that’s my last trip to this Chipotle. I will drive 20 miles or do without!

Portion sizes have definitely lessened but the prices are the same(high). I always use the app and just walk in and walk up to the register. The line is always long and they tend to be a little slow in service.

This chipotle’s has been the worst one to go to, their service is so slow and bad, and apparently the chips are more important than the customers waiting in line asking for sides or sauce, or trying to get their orders that they place over the phone, or anybody else that needs something and they just have to wait 3 to 5 minutes so that someone can finally take the time to ask the customer what they need. I don’t go there very often because of the long lines and because of all the mistakes that they make when I place orders over the phone, especially when they miss the meat on the bowls. If you want to give this place a try, go ahead, you probably believe me after you leave that place, their service hasn’t got any better.

While I enjoy the food when they are not trying to be stingy. I can’t do their lines they are just damn long. You will stand in line on average 30 mins. That is just too long to wait. However it somehow draws me back from time to time. So I normally stop by when I can peep inside to see if the line is not to long!

I love chipotle. The food in all of the location tastes the same. This location is no exception. The only bad thing about chipotle is the long line! Well also when they get greedy with the meat and guacamole. The inside is nice, and they have a small eating area outside. Plenty of parking. I’ve never had issues with the staff.

I’m not sure why I keep coming back here. It’s always packed. The line always snakes to the entrance. Oh, I know why I keep coming back. It’s because I crave a bowl filled with chicken, rice and beans. Sometimes I’m willing to stand in line for it. No matter, this location is always packed. It’s always a little dirtier because of the traffic. This shouldn’t be the preferred location but it is Chipotle so that is why I keep coming back.

I go to Chipotle at least once a week at a variety of locations. This location is the worst. I’ve emailed corporate about it before but nothing has improved. 1. There’s always a line and it moves slowly, even during non peak hours. That’s mostly because even though there are 7 – 8 visible employees, most of them are socializing or staring into space. There may be 1 – 2 employees actively engaged at any given time. Other locations are far more efficient. 2. So what’s the solution for a line? Online ordering you might say! Good luck. Pickup times are usually an hour+ away, unlike other locations that offer 20min intervals. Even when you give them more than an hour to make your food, it’s still usually not ready when you arrive. Once my order was missing a side of salsa, when notified, an employee ladled some salsa into a cup, but then proceeded to use it to play«keep away» in an attempt to flirt with the cashier. 3. In spite of having a lot of employees standing around, tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. Most tables that are dirty when you walk in, will still be dirty 30 minutes later. Get it together! This location is sub par.

Long wait as usual. This place must have buy one get one free with how packed it is. Unfortunately, when I get to the front that is not the case. Slow workers? Not sure but this location is one of the slowest ones. I saw others recommend to bring a snack to eat while waiting. That is actually not a bad idea.
