They were very willing to work with us on trading 2 vehicles in for one truck. They worked with us through the whole process and provided us with the information we needed to be able to cancel the gap insurance on the other two vehicles we traded in. This place is deceitful. My 88 yr old dad made an apt to take Ford Fusion in because of recall. The day of appt he drove far to their dealership only to be told they were NOT equipped to service the car. No courtesy call to him before he made the trip. He asked for a remote key so as not to have wasted a trip. It’s a chip key so he paid $ 100 to service/​program the key and $ 134 for the key itself. He was at my home recently so we stopped at Jim Tidwell Ford because I thought this price was high. I walked in parts and showed the key to girl behind counter asking her how much for key remote. She quoted me $ 40 – 79 for key itself and and sent me to service for quote on programming. They quoted $ 99. I called Pugmire back asking if my dad could receive a $ 59 credit for overcharge. After a runaround Pam called me back and said she had spoke to Felicia at Tidwell Ford and by then they had corroborated their stories and I was told no credit due. My dad will not be returning to Tidwell or Pugmire nor will I. I hate seeing anyone getting ripped off much less the elderly and especially my father.
