Limo 4 me

Had to give it one star because I couldn’t give them NO STAR! THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST LIMO/​PARTY BUS SERVICE EVER!!! First of all they false advertise the hell out of their bus. We got a bus that supposedly fit 16 but when you got into the bus it looked like it can only hold 8! They then charged us $ 100 for a burnt mark on the seats that we didn’t make and guess what no one in our party smokes! They have also made us wait a extra couple of hours in SD for so much BS. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had in my life. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL SAVE MORE MONEY AND TIME USING LFYT OR UBER!!!

Yesterday came to OC from LA in a bus. We went to three breweries.
–Bus was on time.
–Clean
–Driver– scary as F !! Never mind the fact hat he went the wrong way multiple times, costing us time away from beer tasting. How hard is it to find the 10? Especially with a GPS? He was continuously in the wrong lane to make a turn and even banged a right from the middle lane causing a car to come to a SCREECHING halt behind us! Of course, I’m in front to witness the many mistakes made. Ughh, just all around bad driver.
–Really bumpy ride as are most buses. It wasn’t a «luxury bus» by any stretch of the imagination.
–The seats were a weird bumpy plastic. We all had sweaty-​ass syndrome toward the end.
–I don’t know what was payed so can’t comment on price.
–A/​C worked great. In fact, it was freezing when we left to go home.
–Seat belt– Second row (on each side) didn’t have any. And I believe some back ones didn’t either but I don’t know for sure. Being on the freeway knowing the windshield is the only thing stopping me (or not) in an accident was kind of nerve-​wracking.
I’d pass on using this company.

I had a very great experience with my trip! My team and I did a 12 hour trip the Central Valley which was a long day for our team and our Driver but it turned out great! Derek who booked my reservation made it very simple and easy for me make a reservation and was very accommodating of my timeline and locations. We started at 6:45am and ended at 6:45 pm. Our Driver Daryl B was very professional friendly, on time, prepared, very helpful and hands on. He was awesome to work with. Made our trip smooth and very easy.
I would definitely choose limo4me for another event and I have absolutely request Daryl to be my driver. Really great experience
The only issue we had was a broken lock on the restroom.
One suggestion would be to inform the client «me» of what the accommodations are for reservation and possible options to upgrade the service. I wasn’t sure what all was provided on my trip so I was worried about trash bags, and ice and other little things that my driver took care of. Some of the accommodations for my group was by my request. It would have been nice to have all the info laid out for my choosing.
Otherwise very great trip, my group had an amazing time!

Bus was supposed to arrive at 6pm for the GHS kids’ homecoming. After 2 hours of all these kids waiting at the park they were cold and hungry and had already missed their dinner. When the bus driver finally got there at almost 8pm he wanted to charge an extra $ 75 for the bathroom to be used. The bus driver was not understanding nor compassionate about these kids that had been
stranded, cold, hungry and without bathrooms since 4pm when they all met there. He was rude and after finally arriving he left the bus and was on his phone for another 15 minutes. All he could say is «shit happens.» Hopefully the owner, Allen, of this company will make good on this extremely unfortunate night that was supposed to be special for these kids

Recently went to San Diego in one of their party busses and had a great time. Daryl B was our driver and he was awesome. He was very helpful through the day and fun to chat with. If I ever need a party bus again, I’ll be going to this company and asking for Daryl for SURE. A+ service. A– on party bus (all I could recommend is an update to their interiors) I didn’t pay so I cannot rate price.

I worked with Derek and he was absolutely fantastic. Attentive to detail and flexible, I would definitely recommend Limo 4 me to anyone!

David is really cool. He picked us up on time and I would definitely request him for future rides.

Fantastic!!! We use limo service for our group holiday parties every year. This year we used Limo 4 Me. First, I’m going to tell you about our driver. CHARLES! What a nice, nice man. Professional, fun, kind, personable and on and on! Charles was 45 minutes early because he prepared for traffic, so we left on time and made it to our location with time to spare. He drove carefully… not too slow or too fast. There were no unexpected jerks or jolts out of your seat… it was perfect. He even ran a errand for me while we were at dinner! He knew exactly what time we would be finished and was right in front and ready when I was going to call him! WOW! Service! We took a picture just of him, because we wanted him to be a part of our holiday party memory. The limo/​party bus (the «Tiffany») was brand new and beautiful. The ride out and back was smooth and comfortable. I’ve noticed over the years, limo companies rarely supply alcohol anymore and since this bus was new we had to be careful, so it was fine and we did know to bring a bottle or 2. The price/​fee was competitive and actually if you consider the distance they drove to pick us up, a great price!!! My only tiny little neg. thing is that I liked the colored changing lights, but would have liked it darker inside and darker on the outside. Maybe we could have asked Charles if it could be turned down and we didn’t, so that’s on us. But it did make for some cool pics! And I wish the logo for the company was on the license plate frame instead of the window, but that’s just me… I’m sure no one else cared. I called Derek who too is incredibly nice and efficient in getting the paperwork, info and confirmations and told him I will remember to call him for our next holiday party for sure… if not sooner!!! And we hope we can have Charles join us again! Thank you so much!

Ok lemme start by saying people are always likely to write bad stuff then take the time to write anything good.
So I would actually like to take a few moments to say some pretty awesome things.
First off our bus driver Ron was so nice and early !
Steven was beyond helpful booking everything.
They took care of my 30^th bday brew crawl and all of my friends had the best time ever.
Don’t listen to what all these reviews say you don’t always know what the background story could be.

We had this company provide limos for 2 days for our wedding. They did a good job and the limo’s were nice. A few weeks before, they even adding an additional limo for us for a couple hours which was great and flexible.

I hired this party bus for our wedding in April. I’m have been a wedding
photographer for 5 years so I’m very knowledgeable about planning weddings. I
mapped out the driver to pick the groom and groomsmen at our house in Gardena,
pick the bridesmaids up at The Avalon, drive to Rodeo drive, LACMA and then to our
venue studio 1342. Rodeo drive is 15 mins from Avalon and LACMA is 10 mins from
the venue so it was mapped our perfectly. The driver instead took us to LACMA first
and then rodeo drive. It costs us 45 mins. On top of that, he told the videographers
that he was taking us to Rodeo Drive first so now we have no footage of the wedding
party. We then got to the venue late. I really don’t know what happened but I’m very
disappointed.

Let me start by saying Mario is excellent. I called everyday for 5 days to change my reservation and he was always willing to help with a great attitude. I booked a bus for transport to a concert in Downtown LA and he hooked us up with a great deal even upgrading our bus the day of the event.
Our drivers were excellent! Very attentive, great driver and very accepting of the insanity that was happening in the back.

Rented a party bus for a wedding. The people were easy to work with, and it was a good ride. Some confusion over cash and credit payments, but overall a good experience.

Yesterday I rented a limo from your company and we had by far the worst experience you could possibly imagine.
First and foremost, on the morning of the pickup (yesterday, Sunday December 14^th), nobody from your company bothered to call us to confirm the time and location of the pickup as well as provide the driver information. This is a standard protocol with a service like yours.
Our pickup time was scheduled for 10:45 a.m. in Huntington Beach. At 10:40 I called Al since I hadn’t heard from anyone yet. He indicated that he would call dispatch to get a status. Al and I spoke again when I called back 5 minutes later since I didn’t hear from him. He said, «Sorry, the driver will be about 15 minutes late.» At 11:00 a.m. I called Al back since the driver still hadn’t arrived. Al again blamed dispatch and said I needed to talk to them. I called dispatch and they said he was «running late.» I asked where the driver was and he said, «he is getting on the 405 fwy passing the 710 freeway.» This back and forth of calling proceeded for another 30 minutes until we were finally able to get a hold of the limo driver who wasn’t answering my texts or calls. Dispatch and Al throughout the process were pointing fingers at one another blaming the limo driver etc. At no point did they make any attempt to make things right and just continued to inform us to wait around.
The limo driver was 50 minutes late picking us up. Upon his arrival, Keith (limo driver) was somewhat distraught and seemed very agitated. He did not seem like he was carrying himself in a professional manner from the start. We hurried and loaded up the car and headed down to Qualcomm Stadium for the Chargers game. Due to the fact we were roughly an hour behind, all 15 of us missed the entire first quarter of the game. This is only the beginning.
After the game, we left to head back to Orange County. Upon entering the Carlsbad area the limo driver decides to turn off the highway and park at a Mobil gas station. Nobody told the driver to stop. Keith then got out of the car and walk away from the car in a very odd manner. I spoke to Keith and asked what he was doing and he said, «I feel funny.» I was not sure what he meant by this and then he said, «I feel high.» I then called dispatch and Al again and let them know what was going on. I told dispatch that if this guy is «high» that he shouldn’t be driving 15 people as he is putting our lives in jeopardy. I said, «please call the police and have them check Keith out.» 3 police cars, an ambulance and a fire truck show up about 10 minutes later. I had the police search the vehicle, check each person one by one, and they cleared all 15 passengers including Keith. I asked, «what is wrong with Keith that would keep him from taking us home?» The police officer said, «I’m not real sure, he checked out fine.»
I then had multiple calls with dispatch and Al who provided no customer service whatsoever. Al kept saying, «there is nothing I can do, it’s not my responsibility, you have to talk to dispatch.» Dispatch had no answers for me and basically said we are on our own stuck in Carlsbad and had to find our own rides home. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse! I told dispatch that we paid for a service which they clearly have not provided. He said that he might be able to get another driver to come get us but it would be another 3 hours we would have to wait. I then called Al again and he was extremely rude to us. Basically said, «sorry, you are on your own.» He then had the nerve to say, «we won’t charge you for the overage in time» and then chuckled after he said it. By this time it was after 9:00 p.m. We hired you for 7 hours and should have been home around 5 p.m.
I have never experienced something like this in my life. Your limo driver was almost an hour late picking us up, made us missed the entire first quarter of the game, left us stranded in Carlsbad, and your staff had no desire to help us out and treated us like total dirt. We paid you for a service and did not receive what we paid for by any means. We all had to find separate transportation to get home and some folks didn’t make it back until after midnight!
I am giving you the opportunity to make this right. We feel at a minimum you need to refund our entire payment as well as compensate us for the alternative transportation we all had to take in order to get home. This is the least you could do as your company’s negligence has caused both financial and emotional damage to 15 people. Some of the girls who were with us were very scared and frightened by the situation as they were basically left on the side of the road.

This company is horrible! I didn’t want to give it any stars! My friends got a party bus from here for a birthday party and first the bus was an hour late. When it got here, the doors had to be manually opened. The driver went the wrong way and the bus died on the freeway. A new party bus took 2 hours to pick us up and we only had an hour at the club. The company still charged my friend for the full amount for the bus and did not offer anything for a terrible experience! Do not use this company!

My brother used this service for his wedding a few weeks ago. Bus picked up bridal party from hotel to church and then whole wedding party from church to reception. I forgot the name of our FEMALE driver but let’s just say she pretty much needs to take a course in customer service 101. My sister in law was pretty much harassed to sign all the paperwork right there and then even though we were already running late. The driver stated a bunch of DON’TS and rules. We were just ready to go. we had a ceremony to make lady… sheesh! On the way there, we complained it was hot .It’s like the driver purposely wouldn’t turn on the a/​c all the way up! Then she also makes a wrong turn into the church. Omg.
After the ceremony, the whole wedding party had to pile into this bus… not much room so my brother in law kind of had to stand. He got yelled at by the driver when he got in her «area». Meaning any space close to her. My. brother in law is a 49 yo man so he was pretty upset being yelled at. Then one of the bridesmaids reached for a napkin, which again, was in the driver’s «area» and she got yelled at too! Omg. this bus was full of SOBER adults and not a bunch of rowdy youngins.. Because we kept getting reprimanded by the driver that’s when we decided we need a drink! And again.I.swear she turned on the heater because hot air started coming out of the vents instead of cold. Let’s say this «party bus» did not make us want to party. We wanted out! So booo on this limo service for hiring drivers who don’t know how be friendly… not recommending this company to anyone :-(

This place has enough bad reviews to stay away from. The company needs to fire any of its limo drivers that are not there on time or not giving the full time that has been paid for unless this is being endorsed by the company itself.
Stay away from this company, and find yourself a better one. Don’t use this for big planned events.

Boo! A friend of mine rented a bus for his birthday. It was horrible. First off, the driver took the longest route possible to the 405 freeway. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. It was a hot summer day and we planned to go to San Diego from the Southbay. It was so terribly hot that opening some windows barely helped.
We couldn’t stand it anymore so we stopped at some random bar, that thank God had air conditioning. Any how, we ended up going to a couple of spots in Laguna Beach. The only break we had was during the ride home. The weather cooled off and the wind coming through the windows felt nice.
