Description

Specialties

We are here to help you take steps toward a healthy and more beautiful life, with our 7266 square foot facility and experienced associates. From our salon and spa services, to our large therapy pools, and FAR infrared sauna, we invite you to try the newest day spa facility in Carson City, NV. Formerly, Hair Studio and Spear Me, we’ve completely changed and expanded to include not only piercing and hair, but also, skin, nails, make-up, massage therapy, and aquatic fitness. We want to be the source for your beauty needs. We will work hard at creating a space to help make your life better!

History

Established in 2014.

On Jan 21, 2014 Hair Studio and Spear Me expanded and moved into it’s new location. We wanted to offer Carson City something it needed — an upscale place for people to come and get all their beauty needs taken care of and be able to provide low impact exercise opportunities for people with limited mobility in our large aquatic facility.

Meet the Business Owner

Perry and Starr N.

Business Owner

Perry and Starr complement each other in Paradise. Starr is the wellness and fitness expert and Perry is the hair expert with this business being a meld for them.

Perry has been doing hair since he was 18 years old. He moved to Carson in 1981 and has become a Carson City icon. Always on the edge of fashion, he can create today’s hottest looks as well as any of those from a previous generation. He is an expert hair cutter and master colorist so regardless of your challenge he has the solution for you.

For Starr it all started a long time ago, 1991, when her love affair with wellness began. Her weight training would begin at 6:00 a.m. at Dave’s Powerhouse Gym and has continued to this day with many more classes in exercise, nutrition, yoga, aquatic therapy and more. All this education taught me a lot, a lot of what not to do, and a lot about how strong a woman can actually get and how I can help others be stronger.
