Steven was the calm in our tornado of a summer. In six months, my mom had a stroke, my dad passed after months in hospice, my sister and I, both of us from different states, cleared out the house and put it on the market. We could not have asked for better advice, calm reassurance and the utmost professionalism that we found in Steven Torres. His constant communication via email and conference calls kept us in-​the-​know even thousand of miles away. Steven is amazing and he made a bittersweet situation bearable. We cannot thank him enough for all he did.

From the get go, Steven was really helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help me find my 1st home. He’s from Oceanside and had no problem meeting me halfway from work to receive some documents to hand over to Escrow in my regard when I was working late hours in Riverside; He had no problem meeting me at the home in Escondido in rush hour traffic in the evening to hand me my keys and to meet the home inspector. Steven went as far as giving me the same credit that USAA would have if I used their realtor… He received information on how to become USAA certified (which I do or don’t know if he pushed through with). He was up front, honest and helpful. He didn’t just do his job, he went above and beyond; he gave his forefront logical sense when I asked for it and he was NOT like most other realtors I have come across. He always answered his phone and always kept his word. He helped guide me through the crazy process and answered all questions I had. Thank you Steven!

As we are spending our first full day in our new home, it is with great pleasure and satisfaction that we can recommend Steven Torres. Looking back over our entire relationship with Steve, we could not have asked more of a Realtor.
Beginning with our early stages of «looking» at homes in the San Diego area, Steve prepared a search report focused on our desires, which showed us existing and new-​listing homes within our criteria as they came on the market. In this area, he did not inundate us with homes out of our price range or out of our desired area of San Diego County. He regularly sent us these reports with houses just within our desired criteria.
As we got «more serious» about finding a home, Steven introduced us to a wonderful mortgage broker who helped us pre-​qualify for the loan we needed for the price and location of home we desired.
With Steven’s home reports and other internet resources we found a number of homes we were interested in viewing. Every time we contacted Steven, he was more than willing to show us these homes as well as others he felt we might wish to consider.
Even when he was on a family vacation, he arranged to have another Realtor show us a couple of homes we «really» wanted to see immediately. He also maintained email contact with us throughout his family vacation.
Once we found «our new home», Steven negotiated on our behalf and provided us counseling to arrive at a mutually desirable purchase price for our new home. Once this was established, he continued to support us through the entire «closing» process.
Small things liked always responding to emails quickly, never being too busy for our needs, and just taking the time to drive out to our new home so he could hand us the keys to our new home, are just some of the things that make Steven Torres a great Realtor.
Steven is a true professional with all the qualities a great Realtor should have. We are very fortunate we found him.

Thank God Steve was able to guide us through the chaotic, scary world of home buying! He made the whole process go smoothly. With my family’s crazy schedule, Steve still managed to find the time to be there for us. I felt bad for the guy because between my wife and me, we probably sent him a thousand emails and called hundreds of times with all of our concerns and inquiries. Nevertheless, Steve still kept his cool with us and responded promptly and professionally :)

I am extremely happy with the experience Steven made buying a home for myself and my wife. I had originally contacted Steven on a Friday morning to see his earliest availability and he catered to MY schedule every single time. He was available that same day and at the time I was free.
Due to my wifes schedule we needed to meet on a weekend at one point and Steven was more than happy to accomodate us and walk us through the home. Steven is a very punctual individual and not once was I ever waiting on him. Customer service to me goes beyond a smile and a hand shake, Steven does an excellent job and goes above and beyond what most realtors would do and with my wife and I we always felt like he put us first.
When all was said and done we closed with a 30 day escrow and absolutely zero issues. On a scale of 1 – 10 I would rate Steven a 10, which encompasses his knowledge, sincerity, and customer service. I would highly recommend using Steven when purchasing a home and will definitely be using him again if the occasion should ever arise.

When we decided to begin a search for a starter home/​condominium for our daughter, the posted referrals on local real estate agents made Steven Torres of Elite Premier Properties Realty an obvious stand out. From our first meeting, and throughout our search together, Steven demonstrated a care for our housing needs and a parent’s mutual concern for our daughter’s comfort and safety.
We were able to identify an ideal refurbished unit that met our needs fairly quickly, which allowed Steven to go to work implementing a short escrow (our request), and begin driving the usual flood of paperwork and signatures along quickly and efficiently.

Steven is a fantastic Realtor and an all round great guy. My wife and I have just bought our first home through him and we couldn’t be happier. From the offset, Steven was very helpful in explaining the steps of house buying, he went through our list of favorites from Zillow and immediately advised us about the good and bad areas and neighborhoods to look in. We were keen to move quickly and so he gave up a lot of time to show us a good number of properties in a very short space of time. We found the perfect house in a great neighborhood and Steven helped us put in the right offer (under the asking price) and negotiated with the sellers to have it accepted. He also referred us to Brian Kiczula from Movement Mortgage who offered better rates and less hassle than our bank. All in all it took us less than 6 weeks from starting to look at houses to closing Escrow and getting the keys to our new home. When and if we come to sell in the future we’ll definitely be using Steven again.

I actually know Steve personally. Worked with his Sister-​in-​Law in past. So when I started looking for a place to own, I remembered he was in the Real Estate game. It took four months (which I hear is very fast) and a couple of offers, but we finally got a bid accepted and I closed last Friday. We had a great experience with him, we always wanted to move out of Orange County and buy a place in San Diego, but being so new to the area it was hard to find good neighborhoods with good schools, price etc… Until we met Steven in one of our house searches. He quickly did a search of all the houses in the area with all of our must haves and price that we can afford… His quick, honest and loyal person. One of Steven’s great assets is his patience and his resolve to find that elusive «perfect» house for his clients. We began using Steven since our initial plan was to reside in North County; but after a few months we switched gears and began looking in the city of San Diego (we ended up in La Mesa). To make matters more difficult, the vast majority of our house hunting was done from out of town using real estate web sites to find and qualify homes. Some weeks we had Steven running all over the place! And even though I’m sure we tested his patience at times, he never batted an eye. As ones who were new to the market, Steven was also a valuable resource on all sorts of real estate and neighborhood information. Steven comes highly recommended from us!
