The reason:
The most important thing a Real Estate agent can do for me is three simple words: Call. Me. Back. The rest of it will work itself out. When you have an agent that will always call you back in a timely manner then termites, toilets, taxes, and terms can all be negotiated. I can say that with all the deals I have done, I always got a call back. Always.
One of the best feelings:
You know that feeling when it’s all over and they hand you the keys? There is an even better feeling that comes about 3 days later, around lunch time, when your agent calls just to say hello. I have received two of these types of calls from this agency.

Hands down, the best service all around for your real estate needs. For the past 10 plus years, we have been using the O’Donnell group. The service they provide is superb. No matter what time of day it is, Sean and Chantalle go out of their way to meet with their clients. The first time we used the O’Donnell group was to sell our house in Temecula. As soon as we listed our home we got several offers, and our house sold in 2 weeks. Other homes on the market in our neighborhood were listed for well over 6 months.
