Made an appointment and sat in a chair for 30 mins before I got services well others were walking in and getting service very disappointed in that but over all was satisfied with my nails when done

I feel like this salon has great potential but the nail techs ruin it. I went today for the first time and had my nails done by a lady named Emily. At first she seemed pleasant until she asked if I wanted gel nails and I said no, Polish is fine. After that, she began working on my nails and it felt like she was pulling my hands and handling them rough. I’m from Okinawa and I’m used to nail techs being gentle and welcoming and this lady was none of that. After, I ended up getting a gel top coat to prevent chipping and after about 30 minutes of leaving the salon all my nails have dents and imprints. This is one of the worst services I have had. I want to go back to try a different nail tech but I will be looking for a different salon to go to.

Came in last Friday to change out the gel on my nails. Noticed they had a new product. Decided to give it a try. OMG! So glad I did. It’s $ 5 more, but worth it. I went with 161 for a natural look. Call and make your appointment now. Mimi is the girl.

I really like going to see Annie for my pedicures. She’s young and really fun to talk to. The other ladies there have all been very nice as well. They all engage with you instead of talking amongst themselves and it makes it a more inviting atmosphere there. I used to like to bring my tablet when I get a pedicure but Annie talks to me and doesn’t make things awkward. She really does the best pedicure I’ve ever had. They don’t skimp on the massage time. I’ve only been there 3 times and they already know who I am when I call. I really appreciate that. I like this place a lot. Right now it’s my go to place.

This place is great! I came during a really busy time and they got me in no problem and were quick and did a good job. I would come back here again, but on a slower time. Bring cash for a tip! Mary did my gel polish after looking at a picture for two seconds identically.

At first i thought it was going to be a long wait. But everyone worked efficiently and got to me in a timely manner. The girl doing my nails was very thorough and made great suggestions for my nails to look more natural. If i am ever in the area again, i will definitely come back!

Was looking for a new salon closer to my work and one that could do more intricate designs. Found this salon and Unilocal,read all the reviews and decided to give it a try. Was not disappointed! Every time I have gone in I have been so happy with my gel manicures when I left. A little pricey but well worth it! So far I have been to Teresa and Kay. Both are very talented manicurists.

Went here once & loved it! I came around 1:00 or maybe 2:00 on a week day & luckily made it before the rush! I didn’t make an appointment, but Mimi was able to take me in right away. I had so many clients & friends recommend her, so I’m glad I got to experience her services.
Service:
She was extremely fast, only 1 hour for a new set. I got acrylic stilettos & the shape was perfect, the smoothness & evenness was perfect. 2 other nail technicians were watching her do my nails so it was nice seeing other technicians learning & expanding their knowledge. The prices are AWESOME for what you get, so be sure to tip them well! I usually get judgmental stares from Asian nail salons because I’m Vietnamese American & have colored hair w/​tattoos, but I didn’t get that feeling from these ladies.
Ambiance:
It was a little quiet for my taste, wish they played music a little louder or had a TV on, but honestly not a big deal. Once it got busy, it was a good level of buzz. Maybe they were going for a calm & relaxing Fong shui. Place looked clean enough, her tools looked sanitized & new. I always check out the filer & buffer they use, & their’s looked new.
Over all, loved the place. I just called & made another appointment for a new set. Excited! Thanks ladies

Sadly, very disappointed with the lack of customer service. My first time there, Sophia put on a full gel set for me and was fantastic– took the time to make sure every nail was the same length, that the nails were thin and shaped exactly the way I wanted them. Then I went back for a fill. I was rushed and the woman cut EVERY. SINGLE. Cuticle with the nail file even tho I asked her to please be more gentle. Nails weren’t the same length, very rushed, rough fill. On Monday I went in for my second fill and yet again was rushed. The woman helping me was bored, sighed constantly, and all of my nails are DIFFERENT LENGTHS AND SHAPES. Also? She cut my cuticle with the nail file to the point I was bleeding and never apologized, she rolled her eyes. Not only that but when I left, my thumb promptly chipped! Then my OTHER thumb chipped. I went in today to get them repainted and was rushed, again, and she filed my left thumb nail CROOKED. Please see attached photo. I’ll be going elsewhere. I really wanted to like this place but… Chipping nails and crooked uneven nails and a fill that costs $ 40??? No thank you.

I have looked and looked for a nail salon where I feel welcome and can understand who I’m talking to. I have finally found that place. I got exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. This is now my go to spot!!! First time doing a matte top coat and I’m so glad I took the risk and did it.

This place is ok. Wish they had more options for pedicures. It really depends on which nail tech you get here it could be a hit or miss.

A busy Saturday afternoon today was, but I was still greeted immediately! Flower came over to assist me today and was very open to the idea that I had for my nails! I have never done the «Stiletto» look and she did an excellent job. I showed Flower a picture I found off Pinterest and my nails turned out almost identical. Great service, great work, and highly recommended

I got a pedi here today and it was wonderful. The service, the massage, scrub… all of it ig great (the scrub even smells good, like oranges). The staff was nice and there was no wait. The only ly 2 complaints I have are that the chairs face each other and I don’t like that. Also, I got a french pedi and the gal who did them didn’t put any time into the pinkish top coat and when I got home I realzed half my nails weren’t even polished (so I bought that pink clear ciat and did them myself). But really, the service is goid for the price.

Okay, this seems to be a nice place but the signage concerns me. Posted on the front door of the business is a sign from the «management» warning health inspectors to not enter without a warrant, and even goes as far as to quote the 4^th amendment of the United States Constitution. If a business is being operated within the health laws, what is there to hide? If I ran an honest and clean business, I’d want health inspectors to do their job and give their stamp of approval.
When we first got there, they said they were all too busy, but when we said we’d go elsewhere, the mystery worker came out of nowhere. We don’t think she had much experience and began aggressively working on her nails with the electric abrasive tools which caused burning pain.
The girl working on my girlfriend’s nails caused her so much pain we asked her to stop. We left there with the nails unfinished and went somewhere else.

I started coming to this salon about 8 weeks ago and I plan on making this my regular spot…
They are efficient, kind, helpful and do a fantastic job!
For my last visit, I had a very special request for a cherry blossom branch/​tree that extends through my nails… Putting them together, it looks like one beautiful branch with blossoms. Mimi was more than happy to test her skills on my nails and she did a masterful job and they look like a beautiful piece of art…

Everyone here was really nice. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to take me right away.
They really care about their quality of work and customers. My pedicure looks great, and has been holding up nicely since my visit.
The experience was such a treat. Super relaxing massage with the pedicure! As an active Unilocaler, I always like to check out nail salons that I haven’t been to yet. At some nail salons, the massages they give during manis or pedis are kind of lame, or they don’t even do a massage. But I was blissing out with the pedi massage here. :)
I’ll be back!

Just moved here and another successful Unilocal location! I read the reviews and made a appointment with Mimi! I’m glad I did! My appointment was at 3pm and I showed up early. I was greeted right away and someone else soaked off my gel.
Mimi did a great job. She did the stiletto shape on my natural nail. I was in and out by 3:45. Shop was nice and clean wasn’t too busy however they have a lot of space and employees to accommodate!
I cannot wait to go back and see Mimi again.
They are a little higher priced than other places I’ve looked into however you get what you pay for!

Came here with my mom on Saturday night. They close at 6 pm, and we were cutting it close… we showed up at 5:45 pm, and they were more than happy to take us!
Location: located off Marron in the shopping center with Olive Garden, Souplantation, and Marshall’s. Lots of parking
Price: $ 18 pedicure, $ 25 for mani && pedi
Cheapest spot I have found in the area. Clean and nice inside. The nail ladies are friendly! One complaint for me was that the girl giving me a pedi was on her phone the whole time, but besides that, my mom seem to like her experience here!
