Fabulous Nails

While the lady did a great job on my nails, we got there at 5:15 pm… they just finished my nails, its 6:57 pm, i got a basic mani pedi with a flower on my toe. They are still working in my friends gel manicure, she didnt even opt for a pedicure. Her gel manicure was finally completed at 7:14pm.
NEVER AGAIN.
I would understand if they were slammed but when we came in there were 2 working manicurists, one on the phone, and another one watching tv.

The carpet is dirty and has never met the other end of a vaccum, the back corner is a construction zone, the walls are banged up, theyre growing some kind of plants inside, the booths are dirty and dusty, and need a good cleaning. On a positive note — they use new tools, which is good because otherwise id be weary just based on appearances.

When my husband and I walked in the door here for a last minute pedicure for both of us they sat us both right away. They were nice and seemed to understand us better than most salons. Of course they tried to up sell us on everything, but didn’t push it when we said no. The salon was clean too (unlike the last place I went to that had a cockroach floating in the foot bath). I would have given them a 5 out of 5, but as other people have said, they are pricier than other salons.

Stopped in to have a pedicure. Not a soul around. Out of the back came an employee with someone who was having an eyebrow wax, I understand. I was asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax, and when I answered no, I was asked to wait and someone would be right there. In the mean time, I had to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was «out of order». Went to Sears to the bathroom, came back, still no one there. Not a good impression at all. I left with no pedicure.

Pricier than most nail shops in the area but I like coming here to get waxing done. Been coming here for 15 years already! Ladies are real sweet here too so that’s always a plus.

They suck. Period. Got a mani and pedi and it looks horrendous. I asked if I could get gel on my nails and the lady said no cause it takes 40 mins. Never going there again. Not even if they pay me.

Although the wax technician («esthitician» might be a stretch), was kind, the «customer service» at the salon was lacking.
Like another reviewer spoke to, it was minutes of standing before anyone said a word to me. If it weren’t for my emergency need to go to that salon with a small window of time…
Nevertheless, if service is important to you, go elsewhere.

A herd of grazing cattle is more attentive. Went in to ask one simple question, they all looked up at me, and then returned to their work. No ‘may I help you’. My obviously perturbed presence even stirred one woman there who was getting a pedi. She said to her attendant «I think that lady has a question. «To which the attendant responded by looking over at me from across the room and said, «Yes, what chu want? Sign in for appointment, please.» I yelled back, «I just have a question.» At that, she looked annoyed and went back to her work. The nice lady getting the pedi smiled at me apologetically, like, ‘I’m sorry my attendant is an ill-​bred snot.’ Convenient location. It’s right near an exit/​entrance and play area. I suggest you either use that exit or patronize another vendor. Fabulous Nails is repulsive.

Even the people at the mall will ask you «do you want a good place or an ok place»
The service sucks and it’s slow. There charge more then the place i normally and no mi gusta. Not to meantion looking at a trash overfilled while waiting for my actually pedicure to began is NOT relaxing. I hope they do a fab job on my toes. If not, based off first impression and experence so far is lame

Been going here for years and have never had any problems. Do great pedis on my feet for the price. Just wish they spoke better English so that I could understand them better.

this place is horrible!!! they are understaffed, and overpriced for how crappy their services are. ppl walk in and ask for services, and that makes them hurry up on whatever you are getting done so your nails or whatever your getting end up looking like complete and utter crap. i paid 30 bucks for a full set with the gel overlay. the polish started bubbling and cracking as soon as i started driving home, my nails were uneven and shaped oddly, and to make things worse the «uv» gel they applied turned my polish a different color and cracked… reallly now!!! i could have saved my money and given myself a better mani. please do not waste your money. and i saw a pissed customer leave because they waxed her brows wrong.
