My wife and I could not possibly be more pleased with our experiences with Kimberly. Kimberly is one of those people who will go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for her clients. She is very high energy, and a very hard worker… In fact, I don’t know if she ever sleeps! I’m pretty sure that most real estate agents would be annoyed by the fact that we had to look at 40+ houses before we could make up our mind, but Kimberly does not want you to make a move unless you are in love with the home! She takes pride in what she does, and it shows every single time you interact with her. She is very knowledgeable, and very resourceful — if she doesn’t know the answer, SHE WILL FIND IT! Kimberly is not only a great friend, but an outstanding real estate agent. She helped us find the most beautiful home in Vista, which was no small task as we were moving from Philadelphia and had very limited time to find our home. She was with us all the way, doing whatever was necessary to make our move painless and stress free! We had to deal with most of the paperwork remotely as we were across the country, and Kimberly made sure we always had everything we needed to sign, whether we were scanning, emailing, texting or calling!
We were constantly looking at homes online as we could not do the usual «drive by’s» at the weekend because we were so far away. Kimberly went to each property and took pictures, let us know about the neighborhood and schools, etc., whatever we needed to know, she was researching and getting back to us.
She truly is a remarkable agent who is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but will not settle for anything less than perfect when it comes to delivering whatever is necessary to her clients. We would absolutely recommend Kimberly to our friends and family, and to anyone else we know, who is either getting ready to buy, or sell, their home.
