History

Established in 1998.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Glenn spent 10 years as a painting contractor and handyman. He is extremely knowledgeable with remodeling & contractor work. Glenn moved to Oceanside in 1979 and has lived in North County ever since.

Tanya move here in 1979 and has spent her whole life here in San Diego. She started her career as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager of The Aventine Building in La Jolla and continued her experience with Property Managing shopping centers in North County. In 2004 Tanya decided to use her knowledge of Property Management & marketing expertise to explore Residential Real Estate.

Glenn Holtz and Tanya Gabriella joined forces in 2011. The combination of our experience and commitment to our clients is the reason that our business is based on referrals.
