Very friendly and knowledgeable about the business. Although we did not end up taking her services, I would recommend anyone to look her up for Real Estate needs.

I want to start by saying that if I could give Erin 10 stars on here. that’s what I’d give because that’s what she gave my family! We recently closed on our very first home and Erin had followed through on all that we asked of her in our very first meeting. She sat with us after regular business hours and gave us a step-​by-​step guide as to what will take place in the home buying process. We threw out questions and she gave us answers… in a very simple way.
As a spouse of a Veteran, Erin understood our needs as a Military family and was able to point us in the right direction to obtain a very reasonable VA loan. Other than those intricacies (which she made seem so simple) Erin found us all the things I asked for including a yard with fruit trees lol. (inside joke) and space for my son to run around and be a boy :)

Erin is absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with. When we decided to move back to the San Diego area we searched online for a realtor. After narrowing the list down to 3, we contacted 1 of them, then we called Erin and after talking to her our search was over. On a Friday night we sent her a spreadsheet with our wants for a new house, she hit it out of the park with the listings she sent back to us! We texted until close to midnight that night and met with her on Sunday to view some properties. That Sunday we had an offer in on a place that was going to go on the market the next day that she had heard of that met our list of wants perfectly! Amazing! Her negotiation skills were top notch! We left that Wednesday to go back home to sell our place.
Erin was unbelievably helpful, thorough, and communicative thru the entire process. She was our eyes and ears until we closed, handling all the inspections, and everything else that came up. She was available at all times and would get back to us immediately when we had any questions. She made the entire purchasing process smooth and easy and a true pleasure.

After buying and selling real estate for over twenty years and enjoying great rapport with several agents I did not know how good it could get.
I rented my house out a year ago and moved over an hour away. Erin viewed the home and we agreed on a price, not a lowball, a good price. My tenants were due to move out but last minute their new house was not complete and they were still in their lease period. The timing was terrible because we had painting to get done, repairs, yard work and I was on my way to Europe for a month. Erin said no problem and she expedited the whole thing. She was there for contractors, inspected their work for me, even her husband came over and spread new mulch on my flower beds!!! Unabashed, Erin told me not to worry, she got it staged, listed it, open house 2^nd day, then caravanned 5^th day and received multiple offers. I know, I can a very «tough nut to crack». I can be very demanding in transactional situations such as these. And, my copious notes and voluminous questions are not for the meek. 2. She is always professional. This may seem trivial to some, but for me, professionalism and decorum are important. It did not matter whether we met on a Monday afternoon or a Sunday, Erin always dressed professionally. To me, this signified that she took her job and relationship with me as her client very seriously. I went through two previous Realtors before I found Erin; it always amazed me at what they envisioned as proper attire. Then again, they weren’t very seasoned, prepared, polished, or real estate competent.
3. She is very responsive. Some Realtors will not work with you on weekends and are slow to respond. I find not being available on weekends to be ridiculous given the field they’re in. Erin was always available for me. She answered my texts, emails, and telephones calls almost immediately. I’m not quite sure when she sleeps because she is always working. I first contacted Erin the day before Thanksgiving about a listing that I just knew I would love. I wanted an immediate viewing as I had a feeling that I would want to make an offer. She was the only Realtor to answer my call. Not only did she take my call and immediately win my heart, but she obtained the key from the listing agent, and showed me the property less than two hours later. Wow! If that’s not service then I don’t know what is.
4. She works with an AWESOME team of people. Don’t bother searching for a lender and Realtor separately. When I found Erin, I had my own lender with approval. I ended up working with Erin’s lender. Erin’s preferred lender has what I call the «Dream Team». They work for you until their nails bleed. All you need to know is at end of the day, the «Dream Team» will get it done… signed, sealed, delivered.
5. She very resourceful. She was able to refer me to everything from plantation shutter companies, and locksmiths, to moving and kitchen knife companies. All said companies were quick to respond, kind, and affordable.
6. She is kind and just an overall beautiful person. You should see the fabulous new house welcoming give she left for me inside my new home. Not only that, she sent me birthday and Christmas cards. Thanks to Erin and the «Dream Team» I closed escrow on Christmas Eve!
7. She thinks quick on her feet and always has alternate and creative solutions. I’ll be eternally grateful to her for the personal pledge she made to me and then immediately honored said promise just after closing. I don’t know any other Realtor on the face of this earth that would do some of the chivalrous things that Erin did during my home buying process. Some people just humble you; Erin is one of those chosen few. It will pay off for her quite substantially… if it hadn’t already. I’ve already had people asking me about my «Dream Team». Phones will be ringing!
7. She’s just the absolute best Realtor in San Diego County. I think many of the Realtors I encountered should receive «Erin Wade Real Estate Training 101». She’s that good.
