With over 30 years of building experience in the area of southern California, Diversified Construction, Inc. has emerged as a company known for its commitment to excellence in all aspects of the construction process. Frank Minicilli, President and Chief Executive Officer, is proud of his company’s solid reputation. Incorporated in 1997, Diversified Construction is known as a quality-​oriented, dedicated General Contractor that is particularly sensitive to the clients’ needs. Our work consists of building in the fields of development, custom residences, spec homes or units, and rehabilitation construction. We are experienced in all areas of land development, from land acquisition to the completion of turn-​key multi-​unit complexes or quality-​constructed homes.
