Being born and raised in San Diego Chad is the epitome of a San Diego local. Chad has lived in just about every neighborhood in North County and is very familiar with all areas of San Diego. Chad comes from a career in property management and is very familiar with investment, rentals, and income properties. Chad brings a lot to the table for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
