I am thrilled to review Gini. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator of 13 years. I have funded approx 900 loans throughout the US. There are seemingly unlimited options for representation for Real Estate transactions and many consumers make rash decisions based on advertising from the big box real estate sites (agent pays for leads in most cases) or they work with a family member or friend just to get a deal. 2) Gini is an expert in the areas she works (farms). She truly understand the market trends, pricing and neighborhood attributes. Gini knows the «inside» aspect of Real Estate that many Agents simple do not. Why? Gini attends weekly marketing meetings where she literally visits 12 – 25 plus homes for sale, per week. She speaks to each listing agent and learns the details of the properties and neighborhoods. Very few agents acquire this knowledge. Gini also works the areas she loves. She is deeply connected to her communities (Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside and Carlsbad-​although he can sell anywhere in San Diego if you ask me).
