Assured Reverse Mortgage is a dedicated division of Express​Loan​.com, Inc. ExpressLoan has been in business since 1997. We created Assured Reverse Mortgage in 2014 to help serve the needs of a growing demand for additional retirement benefits.

I have been in the mortgage business since 1984. With the help of family members I started my first mortgage company, Sun Coast Mortgage, in 1988. We decided to sell that company in 1997. That was the year I started Express​Loan​.com, Inc. We have evolved over time and while ExpressLoan is a successful and profitable business we saw a need in our aging population. In 2014 we decided to create a dedicated division to helping seniors only.

With that in mind we created Assured Reverse Mortgage to help counsel seniors on both the benefits and pitfalls of a reverse mortgage.
