We used Andrew to draw up and submit plans on our downstairs kitchen/​great room remodel. This was the first time that my wife and I had gone through this type of project and let me tell you it is and was stressful. Andrew helped ease the stress and did a great job helping us layout what we wanted. His prices were half the prices of other architects and his help was greatly appreciated. Thank you Andrew my family and I love the remodel.

Andrew was a real pleasure to work with. He took on our master bathroom design, which is a very small project for any architect. Despite this fact, he took his time when meeting with us and was very attentive to our needs. His design turned out great too!

My husband and I recently used Andrew’s services for a new garage and accessory living unit onto our existing primary residence. We have never gone through a big construction project before and had no idea how to start. Andrew walked us through the process and answered all of our questions promptly. He gave us great advice every step of the way and was extremely professional to work with. Although it was a long process to get the actual city permit, Andrew worked tirelessly until the job was completed. We were very happy with the overall outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!

Our newly acquired house really needed an update but we didn’t want to spend money in the wrong direction, or end up re-​doing things. Paying for an architect by far outweighs the costs of wrong decisions. Remodeling and construction is really expensive. You do it correctly you do it once.
We wanted a second story addition so we could have a living area with an ocean view. He worked very hard on pleasing us… we are a bit indecisive… but he came up with some very beautiful designs.
All in all we had a great experience working with Andrew, he’s very well rounded. Very nice, very intelligent and a really great architect and problem solver. I must admit we had such a good time we were a bit sad when the project ended. ;)

Andrew handled my large house remodel with a great attitude and demeanor. His knowledge of architecture proved very helpful when thinking outside the box on «special» areas in my remodel. We just finished going through the conceptual design process for some major home additions. Andrew expertly and patiently guided us through each step making thoughtful, knowledgable suggestions along the way.
He listened attentively to our needs, wants, preferences, and even some things we couldn’t quite articulate. He presented each draft of plans with flexibility and discussion in mind.
When we sat down for the final design meeting, I was pleasantly shocked that I couldn’t see one thing to change! He simply nailed our plans and we are more than happy to recommend him to others and continue using him in the future.

Planning an addition to your home can be daunting to say the least. Andrew not only provided the technical specs to move forward with our contractor, he provided the vision of what was possible for our home. There was so much we had not considered, such as the direction of the sun, wall thickness, roof style, the right layout, etc… so much. I don’t know how we would have done it if we were dependent on a general contractor to provide the services that Andrew provided. Left in a contractors hands, I’m certain that the project would have simply been about the easiest way to get the job done and bring in the most profit. Thankfully we had Andrew and were able to realize an addition that truly meets our needs. We can’t recommend him highly enough! We are very happy with the end result; a 500 sq ft addition including a new bed & bath, a larger living room, and a larger master bedroom.
