I have a very strong passion for Real Estate. I’ve helped hundreds. I believe that professionalism is paramount, and loyal representation is mandatory.

David is extremely dedicated and makes the process of buying a home a lot less stressful. We searched for a home for over a year and David never gave up in his quest to find us the perfect home. We finally found a home in the Townsite area of Oceanside that we never dreamed we’d ever able to afford, but somehow David made it happen, and at a great price to boot. I can’t imagine that we’d be living in that house right now if it weren’t for David’s tireless efforts.

We are in the process of buying our first home, set to close in under 2 weeks. We’ve given David a curveball with our current situation of living halfway across the country and having limited availability to see houses. Toss in work travel schedules and other commitments, and it’s been a tad bit crazy. David and his team have been phenomenal to work with. He has arranged for me to see houses on short (1 day!) notice and been willing to completely regroup when all the houses we originally wanted to see were no longer available after just a few days.
The process is filled with a lot of questions, a lot of anxiety (mostly just mine), and requires a lot of communication. David has been fantastic with keeping us in the loop on any changes or new information, being available 7 days/​week, walking us through every step in the process, and working to accommodate our situation. We have bombarded him with questions and he always takes it in stride and gives us all the information and time we require. If we have to sell or buy again in this market I wouldn’t consider working with anyone but David. He genuinely cares about his clients and is willing to go above and beyond on every step of the process and always has your best interest at heart. We will refer anyone we know looking to sell or buy right to him!

David is certainly a go-​getter and will do everything he can to make houses you are interested in accessible and view-​able and take you whatever you ask of him when it comes to purchasing a new home, and I am confident that if we could have gotten to that point, he would have excelled. Unfortunately we had to sell our current place 1st, and though he did go through all the necessary motions, there was a very distinct discrepancy in our «high expectations» as he put it, and his ability to deliver. His lack of communication, inability to follow-​up and general disregard of professionalism made it somewhat difficult to work with him as it generally seemed we had to pursue him to ensure we got the proper updates/​engagement — he was much more reactive than proactive when it came to selling. i.e. we had to ask for photos, posting outside, listing details being accurate, following up with his recommended vendors for work, etc.

I don’t even know where to start… I am a first-​time homebuyer. After hearing nightmare stories about becoming a home owner from friends and family members experiences, I will admit I was extremely skeptical. My purchase was as complex as they come. I can write a book about my experience. Above & Beyond is really where David goes. He physically worked on repairs that my new purchase needed. Who does that? You can feel the passion he has, for what he does. David is not just a Real Estate Agent. He is truly your friend and advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. I close in a couple weeks. I just want to say thank you again, David. Above & Beyond has lived up to their business name and then some! I currently reside in Ventura County, David and Julie both have surpassed any expectations that I was hoping for. Their office is in constant contact and provide constant updates on my preferences.
Nothing is far fetched or unwarranted when requesting anything. David ensures that they go far beyond any customers expectations. Whether it is a sale, rental, a great place to eat or ANYTHING, David will point you in the right direction.

In my own experience most real estate agents are «fly by night», unorganized and just plain lazy. Most of the time, I’m the one who is finding the good properties to look at and am leading the way while my past real estate agents just «drive me around» like a taxi service.

He is extremely helpful and finds what you are looking for when you give him specifics. He is extremely trustworthy and is great at what he does.
He knows exactly what he is doing and is definitely knowledgeable when it comes to housing. Definitely use him if you are looking to get a house! He was very honest and straight forward about everything which is extremely helpful, he makes sure you are happy and your expectations are met.
