I cover all of South Orange County, and have been in business since 2000. I am both licensed and insured. My state license number is 3755. I do all the work myself, and work to your satisfaction. I am skilled in opening locks, repairing damaged locks, installing new locks. I can create a Master Key system for your facility or building, or simply re-​key your existing locks to operate with a new key. Phone consultations are free, particularly with the help of photos sent to my cellphone.

Gene did a great job — one month later and the lock is working perfectly! He had to drill a new hole in the door, and frame, and was able to get it aligned perfectly! The address on Doheny Park Road is not a storefront. Gene is in business at the phone number listed, however, he is a mobile locksmith and not a storefront. He was very friendly when I contacted him at the phone number and referred me to a couple locksmiths who do have store fronts.

630am on a Monday trying to go to work found out that my garage door opener was in my garage which has no access to it other than the actual door. I called Gene bright and early, I sent him a picture of the emergency lock he showed up with in 40 minutes and got me in within 2 minutes. This was a huge life saver and he was so friendly. He is my go to lock smith guy from here on out! Highly recommend!

Gene came and assessed our front door lock that was sticking. We were expecting to replace the lock mechanism. Gene took it apart and lubricated the lock and it worked like a charm. We also had another door lock that was sticking, he readjusted the lock and hasp, it also works very well. He fixed out front screen door hinge as well.
Gene was quick efficient and very knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. I will not hesitate to call him back should we need a locksmith again.

We had a robbery take place at my home so I called Eugene at Gene’s Lock and Key to replace my locks. He was at my home within the hour. He took care of business and we were very satisfied with his services. He was in and out in 1 hour or less. He gave us 4 new keys on top of replacing locks. I was devastated to find that my boyfriend locked my door considering the fact that I only lock one specific lock for a reason. That being incase I forget my keys inside, which is what exactly happened this time. Unfortunately my boyfriend locked both doors which defeated the one lock theory. In distress I googled locksmiths in Bellflower where I found Gene’s contact. He was very pleasant and promt in less than 15 mins he was at my place and less than a min the problem was solved. Such a life saver… He asked for a review and that’s the least I could do so I signed in just to do so.
