I cant begin to thank the gentleman who works at this store. I had tried every single trick and «oh this will definitely work» you tube video when attempting to get a ring off for a medically needed surgery. It has been on my finger for 5yrs never taken off once. He even tried to remove it before needing to cut it off. The store manager was also pleasant during our interaction. He truly helped me out in this situation… short of going to the ER i had no other idea on how i was going to get the ring removed. Please check them out for any of your jewelry needs. I for one will be back after my surgery.
