Del Taco

Can’t listen to get orders correct. Don’t provide the items that come with a meal.
Second trip in a month. First time (at dinner) I ordered a signature taco salad. I asked for it by name. The guy was so busy goofing off he gave me something he called a taco salad in the container for a tostada. That’s what he thought I meant.
Tonight I ordered a different signature taco salad. Again the crew goofing off. I don’t get the correct dressing or utensils.
The only crew worth your time is the morning crew. They are awesome.

This is the beat del taco in the area. Always happy staff. Love Norma! She remembers my order when im in the drive thru.
The manager is great too… Always get my orders right! I wish they could buy and manage the one in Newbury Park, its dirty and poorly run.

This is my go-​to Del Taco. The people who work here actually seem happy… which is a HUGE difference from every other fast food place in LA. I will say a friend and I were flashed here once by some lady inside, which might have been ok had she not been on crack and had make-​up dripping from her face. I crave tacos when I come to DT, but not that kind. This is why I always eat outside now… and close my eyes when I go in to get a Coke refill. Oh, and just make sure when you get your order «to go» that you tell them to take it ez on the ice. They LOVE to load those cups ⁷⁄₈ full of the chunky stuff. Nothing but love though!

This is my favorite Del Taco in the area.
The service is way better than other joints. Overall, its typical «Del Taco» but the environment makes it better.
The people are friendly!

The food is decent for fast food and reasonably priced. This is the worst location though! EVERY time we go through the drive thru, I get home to find my order is made incorrectly. Every time.

Late night Del Taco stop with a friend of mine on the way home. Usually no issues but this time they were a hot mess. I ordered ranch through drive thru, the guys response over the PA, «we charge for ranch». Obviously I knew that otherwise I wouldn’t ordered it at that point. Then we roll up to the window to find ants all over the place (I’ve attached a picture). It gets better, the guy at the window then charges me for a different order… The manager then he says he voided it, which he didn’t give me a void slip. I asked for one which he seemed irritated with. It’s not my fault you guys screwed up! Then I ask for ketchup and regular hot sauce. I get home to find NO ketchup in my bag, and all fire sauce. Very disappointed with there service… they will not be getting my business anymore!!!

Yo quiero Taco Bell? Nope! Yo quiero Del Taco! The hot sauce is better and so is the food.

I always come here late night drive through Andres is the night time manager he takes the orders. He has such a great personality everything you order he says «excelenteeee» I love coming here at night and ordering from him

I’ve been coming to this Del Taco for years because the food is good, consistent, and they never phuck up my drive-​thru order like some other fast food places!
Good management = good customer experience!

The Service: Staffs behind the counter are friendly. Service is efficient.
The Store: There is a small outdoor seating area with shade. Inside the restaurant, a few dirty tables. All the staffs are working behind the counter & drive through. Store presentation is not so good.
The Parking: Private lot (5 spots) and street parking (FREE)

Best place you can find on this end of the valley that’s open 24hours. They have decent food and some great combo deals that are really inexpensive. The overnight guy is just beyond friendly! Makes the drive thru experience all in all better. I tried out the Chipotle Ranch Burrito and it was pretty good. I expected it to be spicy but not at all. But it was still real yum. And for some reason I really really like there fries. There pretty darn good.

Taking forever to get the tacos.
Still waiting 15 minutes later which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant.
Alejandra’s the best cashier there though at least she was nice and friendly.
The manager’s clearly not too smart because he didn’t read the order and notice it was to-​go so he put it on a tray and walked away so I had to wait another 3 minute for a to-​go bag from somebody.
And the tile in the men’s bathroom is crooked and not done right, really bad craftsmanship.
It’s kinda cramped inside.
Del Taco or HELL Taco? You decide…

Even many years after college I still find myself coming here for Taco Tuesdays. If I were going to choose my favorite fast food joint, this might be the front runner. I love their crunchy hard tacos. Extra bonus when the shrimp tacos are in season. I don’t know why they just don’t keep it all year round. My move is 6 – 9 crunchy tacos from Del Taco with Taco Bell sauce.

Turkey tacos ! Wow… Fries are pretty awesome also.

Best late night service anywhere … The guy who works the drive thru late at night gives the best service… Guy should b paid extra for all his service and upselling

Strawberry shake mmmmmmm…

My OG DT spot. My college buddy and I ate here every Tuesday like religion for 100 weeks straight. It was our study spot, along with 12 tacos between us. Every time I visit the area I stop in to wax nostalgic. They are still sweet, one of the workers is still working there keeping the tables clean always. The manager of this spot has relocated to my neighboring DT so we have literally become family. She’s been feeding me since I was 18, LOL!
They are always coming up with new specials. Everything is good, even the burgers! My favorite now that I hardly eat this like I used to is the deluxe tacos, asada tacos and crinkle cut fries (when I am jonesing for some fried love), and their breakfast burritos with extra lettuce when I am in a jam in the am.

I like the food (no kidding) and this one is better than most Del Tacos with regard to food quality.
Ethics, though, are a different matter. Order any combo meal and hte question from the speaker is «would you like medium or Grande?» The forgotten word is «UPGRADE». Tacky… very misleading and manipulative way to upsell.

4.5 stars for Del Taco??? I believe it and here’s my reasons why:
Thank you for satisfying my late late night cravings and having indoor seating open until 3am.
Thank you for serving breakfast from 11pm to 11am! Hash browns and strawberry filled churros was amazeballs.
Thank you for putting up with my friends’ loud, drunken obnoxiousness as we tried to order and debated over the fiesta pack (6 hard shell tacos and 6 bean & cheese burritos I think). Sobered up + filled bellies = mission accomplished.
