This place always seems to be under staffed when busy and over staffed when not Almost seems to take long to get the food

They do not honor their hours. Every time I come here they close 20 – 30 mins early minimum. So annoying.

I used to love Taco Bell bean burritos. But that’s come to an end. I think I’ve had my last burrito at Taco Bell. It’snot the taste it’s the size. I had one yesterday in this place and I tasted the tortilla more than the beans. They’ve reduced the filling to save a bit of money. They’re trying to save a bit of money but in turn they are losing customers. It’s not just the bean burritos but all the others too. All the other ones I’ve tried have the same problem. Too bad I hope they change their ways. In the mean time, I’ll make my own. They are tastier and cheaper.

Horrible service 4 employees and 1 manager were working in the morning. All looked at me and walked away, ask if I can place my order and I was ignored. Finally when the girl who was on drive thru helped me she was rude. Never coming back.

They have one person taking orders, doing everything, so it took forever to get my order, there was a full line on drive thru, I left and my whole 3 items were wrong. Such a really bad experience it took 35 mins to get my order drive thru is the worse from 7pm-12am avoid coming here at those times. The whole time I actually felt bad for the employee because he has to go thru this on his own

Every time I go to this taco bell the freeze machine isn’t working according to the employees, today I asked for a corporate number to complain about the reliability of their machine and the employees told me they are not affiliated with taco bell which is strange since the sign on the front of the building says taco bell. It just feels like a shady operation to me, I can’t believe that taco bell wouldn’t be interested in how their franchises are doing. There are other taco bells, just go to another one. I don’t trust this location.

There were cochroaches running around on the wall. When we told them about the cochroaches, the manger already knew… They were out of napkins and the handdryers in the bathroom didnt work so i wonder how the employees wash their hands. food tasted like any other taco bell so not too bad there. The employees were friendly. Thats the only positive. BEWARNED!

Truly awful. I’m not one to review fast food but the quality is so bad here and in general I like Taco Bell. Mountain Dew tasted like soda water, soft taco was drenched in some mysterious liquid and basically all other items were inedible. Literally threw away $ 10. Need to still have dinner now.

Avoid the burrito supreme. A burrito that didn’t hold nor was it barely stuffed. The double decker tacos were plain and overpriced. Slow service. Dirty bathroom. What did I expect? I expected to have something that tasted decent. Taco bell has fallen far from that, at least at this location.

Very disappointed with this location, they got my order wrong, never gave me my receipt and leave the phone off the hook so no one can call and complain. Please make sure they get your order right before you leave and don’t just assume the receipt is in the bag

Fast food Mexican… A little bit better than their competitors who serves crinkle cut fries with their combos. Ate inside but noticed most of their tables and chairs are too tight for the average person. The two or three tables near topanga have more space to sit in. Their tacos are okay when you want something quick. I like the taco supreme ones and their more expensive one with avocados… You can get chicken or steak… Can’t remember it’s name unfortunately.

Fast easy quick. They got our large order 100% correct unlike most location. The place is semi clean but not a deal breaker since I used the drive thur.

They said they close at 2:30. I am here at 2:00 and they are closed. Their excuse according to the manager is that the tortillas are cold and they have nothing to warm them up with.

Every time I come here the employee calls me by name and knows my regular. Very polite nice people that work here and the food is just as good as every other taco bell. Thank you so much for being my number 1 taco place!

Not as yummy as it used to be. Perhaps I just don’t like their food anymore could also be it. At this particular location you will always find long lines and the staff could be friendlier. I’ll just stick to the classics: crunchy taco and burrito supreme. That’s it!

I never eat at Taco Bell, but decided to go there for lunch today with a coworker. We ended up waiting forever for our food to be made; just for them to realize that they gave our food to someone else. ONLY because that person came back to return it. Then they tried to give us the same food that someone took and then returned. We had to ask if they could remake a fresh batch of tacos, which still took forever. PS the store was empty so it’s not because they were super busy. If you want Taco Bell I would suggest finding a different location.

I always go to Taco Bell after I get off of work being as in and out is closed. When I started going here I instantly had a problem with the manager Judith. She spoke to me like I was lower than her and I did not understand it. I have complained multiple times because every time she hears me she automatically gets an attitude with me. When I complain the first time her manager talked to her and apparently said that I asked«why wasn’t she fired» which was a false statement. I came back the other day and she noticed it was me and was being sarcastic with her trainee. Saying«make sure she gets what she wants. You have to make sure she’s happy» etc. I went back to complain to the manager again the manager said there was nothing else you can do. So I left Tonight I went into get my tacos and my drink and she knew it was me when I was placing my order. When I got to the window she looked at me and said«I am not going to be helping you today and I am not sending you any food you came in and you complain about me twice so I am not going to be selling you any more food when I am here. « I became very irate being as now she is made this a personal issue. As a customer I can complain if I feel as if my service is not correct. She has made it a point to flat out tell me with other associates next to her that as long as she is working there I am not going to be able to buy anything from this Taco Bell. I will be filing A complaint with Taco Bell again because now this is becoming a personal issue between her and I. I have never been in a business that because a customer complains about an associate the associate has the right to then refuse to ever be able to help that customer again.

Cool quick service. Aren’t shy or hesitant to give you more napkins or salsas. Good service I’ve been here since i was attending the high school across the street about a decade ago. Service has always been solid and so has the quality of food. I’m a fan for sure will keep coming. I still come here since I’m still in the area and will keep coming for the years to come. Thank you Taco Bell staff

Five stars for the food. I love the new shredded chicken burrito, and my old faves the double decker taco supreme and 7 layer burrito. Deduction of 2 stars for not putting enough hot sauce into the bag. What is wrong with people?! You need at least 4 hot sauces for each burrito and if you order 3 burritos, you need 12 of them because the packets are tiny! Del Taco has the same problem sometimes. What is wrong with you guys?! If someone orders at the drive-thru, you give them EXTRAEVERYTHING — extra straw, extra napkins, extra hot sauce — because they are driving off and can’t come into the store! Then again, fast food managers are usually about as caring as a pissed-off porcupine.
