Live Scan Silicon Valley’s fingerprint technician’s are highly skilled in Live Scan (digital) and ink (hard card) fingerprinting. We specialize in high volume mobile (on-​site) live scans at schools, sports organizations, colleges, etc., and quickly fingerprinting 100 (plus) applicants at one time.

We have multiple (3) Live Scan machines and excel at quickly and efficiently fingerprinting applicants either at our office or onsite at their chosen location. For people who want to come into our office, we have convenient walk in hours Monday through Friday to fit any schedule.

Live Scan Silicon Valley can help your Agency/​Organization set up your own ORI code with the DOJ in order to fingerprint volunteers, employees, etc.

I have been duly certified to roll fingerprints by the DOJ and FBI since 2010. I opened Live Scan Silicon Valley because upon being fingerprinted as a Volunteer for my kids schools and sports teams, I saw such a need for a more customer service experience. My experiences getting a Live Scan done were in the back of a mailbox/​packaging shop, and both times I had to repeat the process because the machines were not operational or on site. I thought there had to be a better way!

I am also a Notary Public and have been background checked and certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) as a Certified Loan Signing Agent.

Live Scan Silicon Valley specializes in Live Scan (digital) and ink (traditional hard card) fingerprinting. We are located in the heart of Campbell across from Ebay.

Excellent! Deserves more than 5 stars! I came here sadly but fortunately because a different live scan company messed up and provided horrible service (24 hour Livescan). However that bad experience turned to a positive one, when I decided to drive a little bit further and go to Livescan Silicon Valley.
I was warmly greeted right away and everything was a smooth process. The environment is kept clean and staff was very professional.
The company where I work didn’t have the right billing number on my form, but staff was very nice to me as they explained the technical difficulty and missing information.
Overall I really enjoyed my quick, in and out fingerprint experience. If I ever need to get fingerprints again, I will definitely return here.

As easy & as friendly as it gets! The young lady working there greeted me right away with a nice friendly attitude. The office was clean & I was in and out within 5 minutes! The office is well marked so it’s easy to find, including a sign that leads you into the parking lot where there is plenty of parking! Live scan is located in the front of the office building on the left side, with a door that is clearly labeled Live Scan. ;)

Small but very clean, and the girl who helped me was nice. I got there a few minutes before my appointment she helped me right away, and as soon as the paper filled out she helped me out. I was out in just less than 15 – 20 minutes.

BEWARE! Couldn’t you just tell me I was at the wrong place??? Last week my company sent me to get fingerprints for a background check. I was supposed to go to a different place down the street but ended up at this place instead because the addresses are almost the same.
The lady was nice enough — that wasn’t the problem.
I handed her my paper and instead of her telling me I was at the wrong place she went through the whole process of taking my fingerprints. (the name of the other company was on the bottom of the form — my mistake!) When she was done she told me I had to pay. My company told me I didn’t have to pay because they had an account with them. So I told her that. She said no, but they would call them for me. I called my company and told them they wanted me to pay — that is when I figured out I was at the wrong place — whatever. After WASTING 30 minutes of my lunch at the wrong place I went over to the right place down the street.
If I can’t trust you to tell me I’m at the wrong place how do you expect me to trust you with all my personal information?

When my boss informed me of the licensing needs for the company, I madly searched through the Internet looking for an office who could provide live scan fingerprinting services. This place immediately caught my attention based on how convenient their location is.
Located a couple blocks down from the Campbell Whole Foods, their sidewalk sign made it very easy to identify the proper entrance where you can safely turn into their lot with plenty of parking. They have signs on the windows of the doors directing you to the correct suite which was again, very helpful.
I was immediately greeted by a very professional and personable young lady by the name of Melissa. She was the cherry on top! She was extremely informative and made the process go by like cake. They are very quick to the point and make sure all your needs are met. 5 stars for customer service AND for having an awesome person like Melissa represent your business.

Quick, convenient, and easy to find location for fingerprint services. The girls who work there are very friendly and work quickly and efficiently. Both times I’ve been, I was in and out in 10 minutes tops. No appointment needed.
Everything is done on a scanner and digitally uploaded.
They’ll provide you with the proper copies of paper work and receipts.

The staff were super nice and patient. They also made sure I like my photos before printing them. Apparently they do other background stuff too like fingerprinting.

I went to Live Scan Silicon Valley to have my biometrics done for my application for Physical Therapy license application. I cannot say anything negative about this company. DONT GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They are efficient (in and out in 5 minutes as a walk in), friendly and all together run very well. I’m glad they got a new location because they deserve the nice space. Even if I move out of the area I can guarantee I will come back here for my livescan. Their website is easy to understand, with all the info you need and the appointment service is a piece of cake.

Live Scan Silicon Valley made the process of registering as an MFT intern so much easier by providing fast, efficient, fingerprinting services. I walked in around 5pm (love that they have extended walk-​in hours!) and Nicole helped me right away. She was sweet and efficient, and the price was completely reasonable. I will definitely be back if I ever need fingerprinting or passport services in the future, and will be telling all my MFT friends who are sending in registrations to come to her as well!
