My focus is helping Buyers & Sellers obtain their goals with buying or selling residential homes. My expertise is in single family homes, condos/​town homes, mobile/​manufactured homes, multi-​family properties, and apartments.

I am also trained in Commercial Sales and Leasing offering my expertise in helping Buyers & Sellers of office, retail, R&D, industrial, and medical/​dental properties. This includes shopping centers, office buildings, warehouse spaces, etc.

For property owners/​landlords, I can assist with marketing your property for lease. If you have a rental property then I can help find you a qualified tenant. My marketing plan is simple and effective.

For Business owners, I can assist in helping you Buy or Sell a business opportunity. Most of my background is with bars and restaurants, Calif. licensed therapeutic massage, cafes/deli’s, and most other business’.

History

Established in 2003.

I began my full time, professional career working in Real Estate for Century 21 in Southern California, after obtaining my Salesperson License. I was living in Long Beach, CA and working in the La Habra, La Mirada, and Whittier areas.

After working closely with my office sales manager, I developed my work habits and immersed myself in the business full time. This is where I learned quickly and realized my skills to help buyers & sellers.

Within 3 months of working in the business, I picked up my 1^st buyer and sold them a home! Boy… was that exciting and I loved every aspect of the home buying process and helping my client obtain their goal and to fulfill their dream of home ownership.

After 6 diligent months, I relocated to my roots by heading back to the Bay Area (Silicon Valley) to join my father’s real estate Brokerage (family business). I will never forget when I showed that 1^st day at my dad’s office with my RE License in my hand and said to my dad «Where is my desk?»

I am a native of the Bay Area, born and raised in San Jose in Silicon Valley. I grew up in the Almaden Valley neighborhood then relocated to Santa Clara. I attended Middle and High School in Cupertino and graduated with honors from Cupertino H.S. in 1990. I then attended De Anza Community College and earned my G.E. requirements, then relocated to Los Angeles where I obtained an A.A. Degree at Long Beach City College.

I lived in numerous cities in So Cal for about 10 years, then I spent 1 year living/​working in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Shortly after, I moved to Europe and lived in Brugge, Belgium working in sales, marketing, product development and international business for 1 year.

I worked in the restaurant industry for 3 years as a corporate trainer opening stores. Then I migrated to Real Estate to maximize my sales potential and to fulfill my personal life goals. My desire to help people is why I choose to be a Realtor!
