Learn NEC offers specialized electrical code classes and seminars for California apprentice and journeyman electricians who are pursuing their electrician state license or need CEU (continuing education units) for electrician certification. We also offer specialized code seminars for building and home inspector who need to get certified or renew certification.

Classes and seminar topics are on NEC 2008 (National Electrical Code) advanced electrical code and standards, 2008 electrical code (NEC) updates, Grounding versus Bonding, dwelling calculation, advanced electrical calculation.

For your benefit we use the best educational material available. We use teaching material that has been designed by Mike Holt Enterprises. They have the best power point presentations, books, CDs and DVDs that are filled with colorful graphics and easy to understand content.

About the presenter:

Edward has been in the electrical trade for more than 15 years. After earning two AS degrees from Pasadena City College he enrolled in Los Angeles Trade Technical College for advanced courses in electrical technology. He has worked his way up from an apprentice to a licensed electrical contractor and now an electrical instructor at San Jose City College. ICC and IAEI have certified Edward as an electrical inspector.

Edward is committed to the electrical industry and is constantly updating himself by attending advanced code classes and seminars. His field experience and motivational and inspirational attitude will give you the confidence you need to learn and advance yourself personally and professionally.
