Some of the tastiest salad I have every had. So glad we ran into them at the Los Altos Farmers market! Now we can’t get enough. I thought salad was just lettuce and dressing ;)… This is so much more… the micro greens help make this salad turkey amazing. I hope they can take off and change the way we grow and eat our food.

There are farms in Campbell in this area? shoot i used to work not too far from here. Think of every high restaurant and then some in the SF Bay area and it’s a good chance that Ecopia supplies them with produce. Went to lettuces, greens, microgreens, herbs, flowers and specialty items are within an array of things restaurants will offer. Had a full on Ecopia greens salad recently at Michael Mina and it was absolutely tasty. Now why didnt vegetables taste like this when I was a kid?
