We recently purchased our first home. John and Shawn Baker were our agents. I am so satisfied with them, they made the process smooth and easy. They were both very patient and helpful. Whenever I had a question they answered it. They seemed to always be a phone call away. They helped guide us through the process especially since this is our first home. I feel like they really took care of us, and I’m sure they will do that for all of their clients.
Needless to say we put offers on many homes, until we finally found the right one. With all the paperwork for all the offers, they were still patient and helpful throughout.

After pouring over the internet, I discovered that John & Shawn had sold the most homes in our area (Camarillo) and came highly recommended. After signing up with them I found out why. They were very proactive, responsive, communicative and had some fresh ideas. They had also taken the time to visit our home when it first came on the market, unlike other realtors who were trying to get our listing. When I provided them with information they followed up and found the necessary info to justify our sale price when 2 other distressed properties of our model sold for a much lower price. They work hard to stir up interest in your property and drive traffic there. I’m thankful we found them. They are a great team.
