Went to school for business & then to Trade School at Lincoln Technical Institute for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating systems. Many issues in those fields are related to electrical failures. Moving from PA to CA in 1985 James worked for an Electrical contractor for 4 years before starting All Phase Electrical Systems. Joined many organizations, several Chambers of Commerce, non-​profit service clubs: Rotary International, Knights of Columbus & the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council. He is the current President of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association of Southern California and is always looking to help others. He is an Industry Expert in the field of Electrical and provided testimony in the Court of Law. Private investigations when concerned about buying a home or in the event of an electrical life safety issue. Has been doing electrical for over 40 years. Loves the electrical field & continues to keep up with the National Electrical Code updates every 3 years.
