Jose Luiz Morales – Morales Group

I recently sold my home in Oxnard with Jose and it was an excellent choice. He and his team were very professional and courteous at all times. More importantly, someone was always available to help me when I needed someone to talk to or just have questions answered. My house went on the market on a Thursday and after showings over the weekend I had multiple offers the following week. I was able to get more than my asking price with their help. Jose even suggested that he could organize and open house event if I wanted to attract more bids, but I was happy with the offers I received.
I had to move to Sacramento for a new job and was not able to come back and forth to handle paperwork so I was able to sign escrow documents ahead of time and everything else I was able to sign electronically. Anytime an issue came up Gaby was excellent in doing research, finding options for me, and following through with my requests without hesitation. I ended up having a mold issue and she was able to find multiple bids for me for mold testing, mold removal and random handiwork in order to pass inspection.
I am very grateful for their diligence and I would recommend them very highly. Thanks for all the hard work, I really appreciate it!

This review is long overdue but I hope it helps for anyone out there looking to find a perfect match when it comes down to a Realtor. I highly highly recommend the Morales Group. Right from the initial meet and greet to the delivery of the keys of the property, the experience was amazing! As first time buyers, we were a nervous wreck, but Marisol answered every question we asked and even anticipated any questions we might have. She was and is Wonderful and Amazing to work with. When it came down to viewing properties, because of our busy schedules, she accommodated us with weekend or afternoon appts. It honestly felt that we were their only client, because Marisol ALWAYS answered our phone calls, and on the rare occasion she didn’t pick up, she called back before you even finished leaving a voicemail. Which is very impressive since we later found out she had other escrows closing and new clients. What a great business ethic!!! It truly was a pleasure doing business with the Morales Group. When I was searching for a realtor I had a very complicated and difficult situation. My elderly father, who has some memory issues, needed to sell his home and quickly. The home was a rental property with tenants, there were repairs to be done, I was assisting from out of state, and every conversation with my father is as if you were having it for the first time. Jose has met and exceeded all of my expectations. He was proactive, accommodating and helpful to addressing the tenants and their needs. He coordinated all of the repairs with reasonable and reliable contractors who were polite and respectful to my father and did excellent work. They both showed me a few property listing in different areas to help me decide the place and type of property that would work for me best. Marisol was very proactive and thorough in making sure that I was in compliance with my VA HOME LOAN. In addition, Marisol made sure to provid me all informations prior to making any offer (i.e comps, repair history). Responsive and assuring, are the few things I truly enjoyed working with Marisol and Jose. They both truly invest their time and efforts in making sure that you as client are very well taken cared of during and after the whole process.

I have had an exceptional experience with Jose! Jose first contacted me 2 years ago and asked if I was selling my home. I advised that I wasn’t at the moment but maybe in a year or two. Within that 2 year period he would contact me and see if I needed any information or help with anything. He kept me up to date on comps, market forecasts, and other general real estate information. That is incredibly rare for a realtor to be that patient, in my experience I have worked with realtors who just want to get the deal done asap. Mr. Morales saw that my MLS was removed from the internet and came to my house to see why. I explained that my wife and I were unhappy with the services of our previous agent and asked to be let out of the agreement, which she did. Since Mr. Morales was so proactive, I let him give me a presentation and after discussing it with my wife, chose him over another agent because he seemed eager. Good choice as my home sold the first day the MLS was posted. This young man will get your home sold and his staff is wonderful to work with. I wish more agents took his proactive approach and got the job done quick. Mr. Morales knows real estate and will take very good care of you. Five Stars.

Consummate Professional!!! Jose was a pleasure to work with. He is truly on your team and will do what is best for you. Always available to answer questions and has a vast amount of knowledge for the area. My house sold in 6 days and closed on schedule at the price that I wanted. Jose was there through the entire process and kept me constantly abreast of what was happening and when. Also, the use of electronic signatures makes the process so much easier, especially because I live in NY and was selling a house in CA, and with Jose, it wasn’t a problem, seamless. I recommend Jose to everyone looking to sell or to buy, he is an honest and trustworthy realtor and will always work his hardest for you.

I’ve used Jose Luiz on more than one occasion. What I like about him is that he is always available to answer questions. He is simple and straight forward. Black and white with him. Either it’s realistic and he is 100% committed to helping you or he’ll let you know it’s not possible and provide you with some additional options. In one of the transactions we were faced with a difficult situation where the lender was having difficulty meeting certain guidelines. Per the contract we were out of compliance but he knew all of the exit clauses of the contract in case things escalated. He is a true professional in his field.
