Terrible people, terrible ethics and full on crooks. If you want to support this then buy from them. Had a truck full of items sent to them, paid for delivery as well. The delivery guy took things that we weren’t even selling literally from my front door decorations so had to deal with that. Had a death in the family and had to sell some stuff but they were precious items worth tons of money. Hundreds of beautiful silk flower arrangements in the most exquisite vases (the vases themselves were worth hundreds and each silk flower was 30 each from Aldik) they gave us around 15 – 30 each for the arrangement total! they were worth hundreds. They came 6 months before and gave my real estate agent a better price then dropped the price to half the second time we called even though we had the paperwork. The young idiot girl Cassie had no clue to the value. They kept my things and over the next months they sent checks for around 20 dollars im not kidding. We sent a truck full of very expensive items and I think I received 3 checks. Probably made 150 total I called and went in talked to several girls including the manager Charlie and they never followed up. At the end it was the most complete waste of time and money and they were horrible with prices and follow up. We ended up picking up last few items by truck and still have no idea what happened to some lost items that they actually lost!
After grieving my mother and trying to deal with her estate this was the last thing anyone should have to go through. Terrible company.

As someone who has been in several different home consignment stores in the Southern CA area, this is the best one I’ve been to. It’s a little bit smaller than some of the other ones I’ve been to, but the customer service is lightyears better than anywhere else. They’re willing to compromise on prices, and they’re very attentive to your questions.
Although I live in Los Angeles, they are shipping the pieces I selected for only $ 75 – that’s an excellent deal, seeing as though Wertz Brothers furniture wanted to charge the same price… and I live TEN MINUTES away from their store (I’ll write another review for Wertz, but in case you don’t want to have to read it: don’t EVER go to their store.)
It’s in a great location, with several nice shops and restaurants around (you know, just in case you have someone with you who isn’t as patient furniture shopping as you are). I will most definitely make the drive back out to this location to buy some more furniture pieces. Absolutely love it!

I’m giving 2 stars because the items in the store are well priced and they do offer some unique pieces. However, the sales ladies are the rudest (with the exception of maybe one or two of them) and most un-​friendly women ever! I put a chair on hold, which the cashier said I should do before it was snapped up by someone else, and when I returned, a ½ hour later, it was sold. The cashier and someone, (who might have been the manager) said I couldn’t put anything on hold that was under $ 100. Well, that was news to me and I was not informed of that policy by the saleswoman who originally put the chair on hold for me! So clearly, the sales team doesn’t know the policies of the store… but to be treated so rudely and indignantly because THEY screwed up, is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! These sales ladies had such bitchy attitudes that I will never go back in there again… who wants to deal with that?

Absolutely love this place! Great deals on unique finds. Carole is a doll and so helpful on assisting me with purchasing or picking out lovely pieces based on my criteria. All in all wonder staff and great location.

Im writing again. I feel I have to say how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. Barbara and her staff couldnt have been more helpful when I purchased a whole new bedroom set with a stunning marble top. You cant ask for better customer service anywhere in the country!!!
If you want the best prices for high end furniture and friendly professional people that know thier business please stop by the consigment store!

I’ve walked by this place many times but went in at last and found a large selection of reasonably priced home furnishings and decorations. For the most part, the things in this store seem to be like new. I picked up a nice framed Gustave Klimt print for $ 25.
This chain of consignment stores had a great policy on test driving the furniture. You have one day to take it home and see how you like the peice. Also, you can put a hold on the item until closing the next day. If the thing you want already has a hold on it then you can put a double hold, like a backup hold.
Delivery costs $ 75 an hour for all the items you but and they can sometimes negotiate a 10% discount if the seller agrees. I’m looking forward to coming back to this great alternative to buying new furniture!

So upon return I realized I had to bump up the review. We started on this furniture hunt and end back where we started. everything is relative.
Service: Non pushy, friendly staff that lets you shop at your own pace. Happy to answer questions and look into prices etc.
Products: the items here are less antique-​y more everyday/​average joe’s stuff. It’s not a bad thing. They have furniture that I think is current and popular. If you want better quantity than target or ikea but at those prices, you can find it here.
