Excellent customer service. We had an issue with an outdoor table we purchased 10 months ago. The manager ordered a new table and exchanged it for the old one. Free delivery and we live quite a distance from the store. Will definitely do business with them again.

We recently purchased a house in Tarzana and spent more money than I’d like to mention restoring, rehabbing and transforming our pool area into an outdoor oasis. Upon completion the only thing missing was patio furniture, a fire pit, in pool loungers and umbrellas.
While driving to test drive cars, we passed Pacific Patio off the 101. Figuring it would be a waste of time to buy furniture at a brick & mortar rather than online, we drove by and didn’t stop. However, on the way home (stuck in traffic which as you probably know is par for the course on the 101), we decided to pull off the freeway and check it out. Best decision we made!
Mardy quickly greeted us at the door. We shared photos and ideas and were quickly met with his input, expertise and visions. He showed us numerous options, furniture, fire pit, umbrellas, in pool chairs, etc. We left without buying, but full of ideas.
We price compared online and to my disbelief, Pacific Patio was in line and in some cases even cheaper than we could find. So we went back to test out the furniture and make a final decision.
We ended up buying the perfect combination of seating, shade and heat. Mardy gave us a great deal and even helped out after the fact. When we bought the fire pit, it turned out that our gas wasn’t set up correctly (not Pacific Patio’s fault, but rather those who installed the line). Mardy got one of their specialists to come to our house with the appropriate pieces (that they went and purchased from a hardware store) then installed it all. Unbelievable service!!!
You can’t go wrong if you buying all your pool and patio furniture here. Talk to Mardy!

My husband and I had ordered chaise lounges from Crate & Barrel, but we weren’t really happy with our choice, so we stopped at Pacific Patio Furniture to see what they had. Mardy was the salesperson, and he couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.
We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us every chaise lounge in their huge collecton. We found the perfect chaise lounges, at a very fair price, and they were in stock. They were delivered (free of charge) several days later. We are very happy with our purchase and with the whole shopping experience at Pacific Patio Furniture. They’re great!

Went in here expecting to window shop and get ideas but not to buy because I thought prices would be too high. Turns out the prices were pretty good and cheaper than a lot of places. All this with excellent quality and customer service, and quick delivery. When my order came, I noticed a problem with it. The owner resolved the problem quickly and completely by replacing one of the pieces (which I hadn’t even asked for him to do). I would definitely recommend!

This place is best if you have a HUGE patio or outdoor space area. NOT for people with an apartment or condo with a smaller patio. All the furniture is massive. So since I was looking for smaller apartment sized patio furniture, this place was a no go for me.

David at Pacific Patio was very professional and helpful! He took his time explaining all options and features. He was patient with all our concerns and very helpful in helping us get the items that we would fit our home and life style.

Couldn’t have been happier with Pacific Patio. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Very patient and helpful. Love our new fire pit chat table and chairs! Definitely recommend them!

This place is amazing! Everyone was very knowledgeable when it came down to answering all my questions. Their inventory is huge, so much to choose from. I was looking for specific items for the amount of space I had for my patio and they were so helpful and showed me all my options…
