Unresponsive, unreliable and completely untrustworthy.
The behaviour experienced during the last 12 months of this company managing my apartment building has been despicable and highly unprofessional, and thankfully our apartment board have decided to cease business with CC&S — I highly recommend you do the same nor enter into any new business with this company.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, and only share about place and people that I like. But this company has a «special» place in my heart.
They are inefficient, inept, dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely hard to deal with. They insult your intelligence, and then they insult you, literally. They call wrong numbers, say they sent out technicians, but do not, don’t do any research, take forever to do anything, respond only in case of emergency and when their a** is on the line, and are generally lax at their duties.
If you or your HOA thinks of hiring them, don’t. It it were up to me, they would be replaced a long time ago. But once a management company is hired, it is extremely hard to replace them. If you are a member of an HOA, you would know why. So be careful, and just avoid them to begin with.
