2 and ½ stars? Wow. I should have checked here first. I could of saved myself twenty five dollars for an application fee.
So my income and credit checked out. Great. Then they confirmed one good roommate reference and then my previous land lord hadn’t called them back yet.
So assistant Stephanie informs me they denied my application for lack of rental history? Really? I provided 3 addresses and 2 references.
Sounds a little farfetched to me. Even the lady I was suppost to move in with sounds annoyed with thier office.
Apparently they keep turning potential candidates away for petty reasons.
I’d stay away. They seem like a pretty shady leasing office and management company based off what I’ve seen.

These people are the least helpful company on the planet. They don’t do anything. Our property manager Kymberly clearly hates her job and doesn’t help at all. Not sure how they are in business? If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst management company I have ever experienced. George and his ‘team’ are full of hot air and no substance. Not only are they unreliable and ineffective, but they pick and choose which residents should be assessed late fees. They do not treat all residents equal. Our HOA had to demand that all residents be treated equally regardless of who held a position on the board. The financials were sloppy and inaccurate. Constantly there were inaccuracies with the ledgers and the delinquency reports. Our HOA cannot rely on any of the financials during the period with which it was ‘managed’ by Encore. We had double payments, late payments, and payments made from our account that were for other properties. These folks took several months to file a simple lien and then we learned that they filed it incorrectly so our new management company had to refile.
The one positive aspect is that the emergency maintenance response was good.
Stay clear of this company. There are plenty of similarly priced management options out there. When we interviewed for replacement management companies, we learned horror stories from other managers who had to take over Encore properties.

This is the best management company our condo has had. We had major plumbing problems. They came up with a wonderful plumbing company, and put together a very reasonable solution to our major plumbing problem in the complex.
Our supervisor is wonderful. She is a great listener, as well being very good at explaining why, and how to deal with collecting money owed us from the lenders, and owners of properties. I also have had a major noise problem with a neighbor, and she has been wonderful in helping us solve this problem.
I really can not say enough good things about this management company.

They are the best management company ever!!! We had about 3 other management companies manage our complex and i guess 4^th try’s the charm. No other company has given our association great great timely financial information like they do. They are great with collecting uncollected funds and if you don’t like them it’s probably cause you owe your association money or trying to do illegal things.
