I first met Rita as a first-​time home buyer in Burlingame, and was immediately struck by her charm, enthusiasm, and genuine interest. She engendered a sense of trust that had me enlist her to represent me.

She purchased appliances, and coordinated painting, flooring, cabinetry refinishing, and counter-​top replacements. And she even came in under budget. UNBELIEVABLE.
And the results were phenomenal: I barely had to lift a finger to realize about a 30% return on a property that I was prepared to take a bath on! Rita did ALL of the work. If there was ever a real estate agent who earned their commission, it was Rita.

It’s not often that you see realtors writing reviews and testimonials for other realtors, but I am compelled to do one for Rita.
I recently closed a transaction with Rita on a home she listed in Pacifica. I represented the buyers and we had a couple of tricky things on our side, specifically the sale of my clients’ home in San Francisco, which had a longer close of escrow than normal due to a SF City Program that was attached to their townhome.
When offers were due on the Pacifica home, Rita kindly allowed me to present my clients’ offer in person and listened to all of the details of the SF transaction and trusted that I would do everything within my ability to move things along in a professional manner. This was a multiple offer situation so having everything all «buttoned up» was very important. She presented our offer to the sellers and they decided to go with us!
