Steve Rumberg/​KRC Group was recommended to us by our realtor as an experienced property manager. Steve has done an outstanding job screening and selecting good tenants for our property. He keeps us very well informed of issues and repairs and has cost effective solutions for problems. He is easy to contact and responds quickly to both the tenants and to us. His financial reports are timely and easy to read. The services he offers, such as direct deposit, electronic signatures, etc. are very efficient and gets business done quickly. I would highly recommend him to manage your rental properties.

KRC Group was a highly recommended property manager and they have done an excellent job of managing our home rental for us. Steve Rumberg kept us informed of any issues and offered practical solutions for those issues.
He exhibits good judgement and kindness to all parties involved, and has excellent accounting records making tax time a breeze. The thing I like best is that he is always accessible and informed about details and repairs and is very efficient. He is a charming individual and the tenants also all said that they liked him a lot.
