I have had amazing service at Multi-​Craft on two different occasions. Erick and his crew treat me with respect, explain the process and deliver a beautiful, meticulously repaired vehicle. There is no where else on the Peninsula to take your car to spruce it up or get repairs after an accident.

Erick and Mike were excellent. Personable on the phone, gave an accurate quote and then got the parts and did the work, exactly as explained. They didn’t waste a minute, and I appreciated that very much. I recommend them unstintingly! A very pleasant interaction as well.

As we all know, the winter weather this year has made driving less than normal for a lot of people. That said, I ended up with my car dented at the junction of the front driver door and the fender the day after parking it on the side of the street in front of my house, after a particularly gnarly storm. I really didn’t want to care since I couldn’t find out who did it, and the last thing I wanted was to make a claim with my insurance company, but the door just wouldn’t open more than a crack and I wasn’t about to start getting into my car from the passenger side forever more.
That said, I started calling body shops in Redwood City and ended up in tears after all the estimates I got from one place after another that said they could only replace the door or replace the fender, around 3k in damages. My husband went hunting for body shops on Unilocal near his workplace and came across this one. Mike F. was super responsive with looking over the pictures, and being honest about the extent of the damages and what the cheapest options were. They got back to me fast on when I could come in and were able to look at /​fix the car in the estimated 4 hours, and on a holiday! (NYE). The bend in the door and fender was taken out, touch up paint was applied to protect exposed metal, and best of all, I can get into my goddamn car and the whole ordeal was over in just a day. Erick was a friendly business owner and rang up the cost less than estimated and overall, a fraction of what I was getting estimated from places in RWC — a complete godsend for a grad student!
The shop is on a stretch with a ton of other body shops so keep your eyes peeled for which one. Not much parking on the street and it’s a fast driving stretch, as a heads up. But, all things aside, thank you for amazing work by Erick and Mike and problem resolved for a fresh new year!

I was unlucky twice this year – first, someone backed into me in the Costco parking lot. Next, someone sideswiped my car while parked in front of my house. Luckily, both times I brought my car to Multi-​craft and they were great. The first time, they handled all the insurance paperwork and did a great job on my car. They even gave me a ride to the car rental place. The second time, they buffed out the scratch and patched up missing paint, saving me a huge hassle and a $ 500 deductible. And they did it gratis! Thanks again, Multi-​craft!

I’ve had these guys work on 3 cars and each experience has been excellent. They give attention to detail, look for creative ways to help solve tough situations (including dealing with insurance companies), and (most importantly) listen to way concerns and answer all my (probably dumb) questions in a friendly respectful manner.

I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Multi-​Craft. Michael was professional, courteous, and worked with me to provide several estimates based on different scopes of work to my 2014 Subaru Outback. He didn’t pressure me at any time and was honest about what changes would be needed. I’d trust him to do work again!

Erick and his staff are amazing. They saved me a ton of $ fixing my side mirror.
I had come from another repair place. The other place told me I «Needed to completely replace the entire mirror. Oh, and it would have to be painted too». Just for the actual mirror (glass part). Erick and one of his guys figured out a way to salvage the mirror and the motor behind the mirror instead of saying «oh, better buy a new one». Very smart in the way they analyzed the problem and fixed it.
I feel Multi-​Craft holds the customer’s interest first, and they aim to save you money and get the job done. Highly recommend this shop!

Took my car here for repairs and Eric has always took care of me. I walk in, fill out some forms, give them my insurance claim number and they took care of the rest. Picked my car up within a week and the car didn’t even look like it had been in an accident. How much simpler can this be? Taking your car into a collision repair shop shouldn’t take up all your time. The people there deal with your insurance company so you don’t have to. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue! I wish I could give Multi-​Craft 100 stars! Erick and his team are amazing and they go above and beyond to give you the best service and quality work out there. I’ve had body shops and mechanic overcharge me in the past, or give me ridiculous estimates for repairs, but I know that would never happen here. Erick is a genuine, down to earth and honest guy. My Honda Accord was rear ended back in September, and while I was dealing with the stress and physical pain from the accident, Erick made sure the repair process went as smoothly as possible. When I got my car back, I nearly cried because it looked good as new, and he washed and cleaned it! Multi-​Craft has my business for as long as they are around (hopefully that will be for a verrryyy long time). I recommend this auto body shop to everyone! Thanks Multi-​Craft!

I hope I never see Erick and his awesome team at Multi-​Craft again but if I do have any work that needs to be done to my car or know of anyone who does, this auto body shop will be at the top of the list!
I needed some work on my front and rear bumper and the job was completed in a reasonable time and done to perfection. Throughout the process Erick provided me with periodic updates and the work was completed when he said it would be completed.
When the keys to my car returned to me it was immaculate, both inside and out! I couldn’t have asked for more from Erick and his team at Multi-​Craft.

I had the misfortune of having a bumber and side panel damage with a subaru outback. The car was dropped off with FlightCar and a renter accidentally damaged our car. The flightcar people had the car «fixed by their trusted repair shop» without my permission. Fortunately, I had Eric & his team look at it.
Eric showed me the really sloppy work that was done by the other body shop (paint runs, early clear coat blistering, etc). Additionally, he found and documented damage that Flightcar neglected to report (or missed). He fixed it perfectly.
Couple things about my experience:
1. Eric is on top of his stuff. He is very thorough and follows up. Really, really impressed.
2. They are timely and have exceptional quality.
3. Car accident/​damage is stressful enough let alone getting things repaired. Work with these guys and they will take the stress out of getting things fixed right.
I really like Eric and his team and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my autobody work. I would recommend them without reservation.

Took my JAG in for some front-​end damage work. Not only was the work done very fast, the quality of the shops work was extremely high. Erick, the owner of the shop made my visit calming and effortless. Can’t say much more than that what else do you need. Five stars indeed.

Just had body work done on my Lexus and couldn’t have been happier! Great service! Erics team did a fantastic job on the repair, gave it back completely detailed and had it ready BEFORE the estimated promise date. Eric even took baby car seats out and put them in my rental car then reinstalled them in my car when it was done!
Multicraft came highly recommended to me, they lived up to everything that was said and I will recommend them to all who need body work done.

This is my first Unilocal review since 2006.
Multi-​Craft did an excellent job detailing the interior of my BMW. In fact they did a exterior wash as well even though I hadn’t requested or paid for it (as I knew rain was on the way anyways). And their pricing was already very reasonable.
When I got home after picking up the car I ended up being a little disappointed with the specific leather treatment they had used, as I found it a little slippery and I was sliding around in my seat. The dash had a kind of gloss to it, which is fine for some folks but just isn’t to my taste. It was probably my fault for not being more specific in my preferences when I brought the car in originally.
So I took it back the next day and Erick was eager to fix the interior dressing more to my liking. I was very pleased with the results and offered some extra cash for the trouble, but he refused.
It’s obvious Multi-​Craft is serious about customer satisfaction (even when it takes extra effort for picky clients like me). I’ll be bringing my cars back and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got my car back this past Friday. Everything looks good as new! They did a great job refinishing, molding and painting my bumper, and they cleaned my car inside and out so it looks and feels like a new car again!
Erick even spent the time to show me his project Chevy Malibu and all he’s done to it.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Multi-​Craft! Erick and his team were extremely helpful and efficient in their services. After my car had been hit while it was parked outside of my apartment one morning, I wasn’t able to drive to work because the front bumper was very damaged as well as the front headlight. Erick and his team were able to get to work right away, and kept me informed every step of the way as to how the repair was going. Even though my car is pretty old (’98 Camry), they didn’t write me off and paid as much attention to detail as if I had a brand new Tesla for them to repair. They were very helpful in driving me to the rental car place to pick up my rental while my car was being repaired. I just got my repaired car back last night, and I’ve never seen it look so good! They repaired the front beautifully, and you can’t tell any damage was ever done. They also thoroughly cleaned the outside and vacuumed the inside (including the trunk!).
I will definitely recommend Multi-​Craft to others going forward. Thank you for your great and speedy service! Very, very much appreciate it.

I own a 2013 Range Rover — and you would think, with all the camera’s on this SUV that it would be impossible to hit anything when backing up. Well, its not!
Last Tuesday I backed into a truck that had its tailgate down (luckily). The tailgate slid over my bumber and cracked a panel on the back of my SUV. I immediately drove to see Eric (owner) to get a quote. I was expecting a large quote. Instead it was under $ 300! For a panel — AMAZING!
I was leaving for a trip and dropped my SUV off on Saturday. They have a secure night drop. Instead, I found that there was a worker there on Saturday. You never see auto body places open on a Saturday. When I returned from my trip on Wednesday my Range Rover looked brand new. Not only was the panel replaced and painted, but my car was detailed. I only thought they did repair work. The detailing was AWESOME!
Thank you Multi-​Craft! I will definitley be back. Only I hope the next time I am back it is only for auto detailing. You’re the best!

I’d recommend Erick and Multi-​Craft to anyone that needed work done on their car.
I’ve taken my car here a couple of times. First time was about a year ago. I was rear ended and my uncle recommended going to Erick. They did a great job on my bumper and got my car back to me really quickly.
The second time was about a couple months ago. Some idiot ran a red light and t-​boned my car. Again, I brought my car to Multi-​Craft and Erick took care of everything. He even helped me out with my car rental. Due to the amount of damage it took a few weeks to get all the parts and finish the repairs, but Erick kept me updated about the progress with my car, which I really appreciated. And even then, I got my car back sooner than I was expecting. I always get my car back clean, waxed, and looking as good as new.
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Erick is awesome, very professional, honest, straight forward, explained everything to me, answered any questions I had, and just all around a good guy. (On a side note, I’m always worried about being scammed or taken advantage of just because I’m a girl and it’s assumed I don’t know anything about cars. Never once did I get this feeling here.)
Hopefully I don’t get into another accident, but if I ever do I’d definitely bring my car back to Multi-​Craft.

Damn, it sucks to get your 1 month old brand new car dented enough that you could see it from a mile away.
But just take it over to Multi-​Craft, and Eric will take care of you. Real cool guy, clean shop in the nice neighborhood of Burlingame. Made the deal after taking it to many other shops in the area for estimates. Eric gave me the best deal and great work. Looks as good as new. Got my car back after a couple of days.
His crew even waxed my car and armor all-​ed my tires. Thank you Multi-​Craft! Highly recommended!
