Michelucci & Associates, geotechnical consultants, have completed more than 6000 projects since the firm was organized in 1988. The majority of our projects have been in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. However, we have performed investigations in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and Southern California. Our headquarters are located in Burlingame, California, about 10 miles south of San Francisco. Our Santa Rosa branch located about 60 miles north of San Francisco, services Sonoma County and the North State.

Our firm has been involved in the exploration of sites for lightweight residential structures, commercial and industrial buildings, retaining walls, creek and river bank restoration, roadways, earth dams, and virtually all types of construction. We also routinely provide geotechnical and foundation inspections for people buying or selling real estate, or for sites with drainage problems.

History

Established in 1988.

Founded by Joe Michelucci and Rich Quarry in 1988, the firm has successfully completed thousands of challenging soil engineering projects ranging from additions to single family homes to large commercial structures. The firm also routinely provides reports for buyers or sellers of real estate.

Joe has a Masters Degree from UC Berkeley.

The principal office of our Soil Engineering firm is in Burlingame, with a branch in Santa Rosa, CA.

Business Owner

Joe Michelucci is a registered Civil and Geotechnical Engineer in the state of California. He received a Masters Degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Joe is directly involved with all Michelucci & Associates projects. To date the firm has completed over 6000 projects in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
